And Just Like That is BACK!!!!! That's right, after scoring high ratings in it's first season of the reboot, MPK, SJP and the whole crew (well....obviously minus Kim Cattrall {except she's apparently making a cameo in the season 2 finale}) are giving us our second dose of cringey dramedy. The entire cast from season 1 has returned, including Sara Ramirez as Che---speaking of Che, yah, they went FULL DOUCHE BAG on Che's character in season 2.....join me for this premiere recap as I give you the highlights, the gaylights and ALL the terrible writer's choices!
Also, to the subs and patrons, thank you so much for being patient with me. I ended up struggling getting this done the TWO WEEKS AGO (lol) I promised it's release. I think I probably should have just unpacked more, then blocked out editing time. Instead I would edit a little, unpack a little, edit a little unpack etc. I also have a lot going on this summer with Ro and our little family, so again, thank you for not forgetting me! (the social media gods have totally convinced me if you don't publish for a while your channel will be DOOMED!)

It’s still wild to me that A League of Their Own only got renewed for a half a season whilst this show got fully renewed and LWGen Q actually got through 3 seasons. The writing is just so bad. That being said, I’m so desperate for WLW friend group dramedy content that I am absolutely along for the bumpy ride! So glad to see you’re reviewing it as that will make it so much better 😊

The premiere was weak but I’ve been enjoying the show in bits. I feel that Miranda’s story is getting worse and worse. Also the racist cab scene and the following “go high” lecture by Nana was such crap. They are underusing Nya.
heck yeah. love your content. unlike che you're hilarious. i don't think che ever liked miranda like that. i do think they liked messing around with her though. i also heard take it with a grain of salt that it was carrie who was going to have a thing with a butch women. cynthia said why not her instead and the storyline which i'm sure was adjusted to fit the character of miranda went to cynthia nixon.

This show is all over the place and not like a fun amusement park. The ending of the Aiden episode was stupid as hell and like some tween wrote the last part, in what they hope adults are like. Ima still watch cuz I’m invested. But I’m gonna complain the whole time lmfaooo.
Not quite as bad as gen q ...and Samantha was my absolute fave .....I'm just still watching every Thursday as I always used to watch the show with my friends so for old times sake! Liking Carrie more this time,used to only like Samantha/fancy Samantha! Xx

Yeah I may have gotten that wrong. I’m not sure about the characters but SJP is 58 which puts her kinda on the line but technically boomer. Def with Che and Nya they’re Gen X but for sure Seema is the next generation up.

Supposedly Che was supposed to be a love interest for Carrie and Cynthia Nixon thought they would be better fitted for Miranda.....I'm not sure how much validity there is but I've seen it in articles all over
