I always wished he would’ve found a nice home in a different band, I know he was jamming with Jordie white and A Perfect Circle for a while, I wish That would’ve turned into something
@ ImotekhtheStormlord-tx2it I’m not one to criticise other peoples taste when it comes to music so respect to your view. For me , Dursts lyrics just don’t cut it. Don’t mind his voice but to me the lyrics are like a primary school rhyme book with some swearing. If his lyrics were as good as Borlands playing I’d go from occasionally listening to some of their stuff to regarding them as legendary.
Borland basically made nu metal what it is when it comes to guitar. Korn yes but borland literally killed the riff department. Korn just used heavy chugging riffs, borland was all over being creative
WES is trully next level GEN in nu metal RIFF back in the day.....as 90's listening to LB and Korn...they are Diffrent and always stuck in my ears whatever it is... #vivalanumetal

@@madazza Gotcha. Well talent is hard to measure, so I guess his simply relates better to you personally. In any case as we now know their combined skills and talents were a perfect match. Their first 3 albums are still in my rotation
Limp Bizkit, the band are incredibly talented it’s such a shame they have such a lame frontman. I’d love to hear a super group with like Corey Taylor on vocals. I know he did The Damning Well with Richard Patrick. More of that!
Fred is perfect for them. He went a little to poppy in the later years but when I first hear 3 Dollar bill, I was blown away. Never heard anything like it.

Yes he has always a different view of song, creating always a melodic line, sometimes with a percussion riff
I always wished he would’ve found a nice home in a different band, I know he was jamming with Jordie white and A Perfect Circle for a while, I wish That would’ve turned into something

A very underrated guitarist
Totally agree
Yeah always liked his groove style. It's one thing to shred all over neck but Wes created his own unique style. More groove oriented.
@@TheAgentAssassin Yeah I agree with you, and his delay sounds is so unique too
Damn dude you right... I never listened to limp ... but he’s does have a unique sound

I agree with you, but Munky and Head created awesome riffs too, I think got more heavy and creative when he started to use Whammy bar
One of my favourite guitar players ever

Yes Wes Borland created great music and keep doing a great work with his solo music
Wes Borland is one of the guitarists ever lived!
..and that is true till this day ever after
Yes he keeps doing great solo albums

I love this guys style.
Wow this is one of the greatest throwback remix videos I’ve ever seen. Always thought that video really showcased his talent so much.
Thanks for the comment! o/
I just remembered why I loved them so much
Im glad that brings good memories
Hell yeah me too! ❤
amazing sound job from maker of this awesome cover!

Ow bro thanks to that!
MY MANS WES WITH THE HEAT
John Otto signature drums
Yeeess thanks to noticed this
I very like limpbizkit guitarist wesborland
It's cool how he harnesses the glitchiness of the octave pedal.
I think he doesnt use octave pedal, its harmonics he use with whammy bar
there is definitely an octaver in the riff :)
Ibanez Cf7, uses like a ringmod
Are you talking about the whammy bar flutters perhaps?
That glitchy sound is whammy bar flutter.
Sounds like a ring modulator
A very smart guitarist
I hope Wes get the recognition he deserves before he is dead! 🤘🍻 dude F ing rips!
So authentic indeed
Yes 🤘🏻🤘🏻
FUCKIN LOVE THIS WES!!
Yeah Awesome riff by him
The part at 1:29 is so Tool/RATM. Dude is good!
Yes Wes mixes both vibes
I very like guitarist wesborland
The intro reminded me of Les Claypool
Les claypool always influeced Wes in his tapping
Oh this could charge anyone’s batteries!
Bringing down the house with that bounce! 😄🤘

Awesome .. and then just sort of .. Boom who’s dat? Time for some Wes’s shit!!)))
Yeaah o/
I’m sure this is a reupload. But damn, this sounds badass. Could of been a really sick Limp Bizkit song. Especially the part at 1:13. My favorite.
Yes its a reupload from this version that I made, and yes I agree with you
Actually looking at it it's like Bass on Guitar. Makes sense
Love him
Me too

Wes Borland.Could he be the greatest living since EVH passing?I think so
Wes and Maynard should collaborate
It would be a great song
They technically have. Check out Weak and Powerless (Tilling My Grave Mix) to get an idea of what a Wes/Maynard collab would be like
@@APEIRON_MUSIC Yes I already heard this, you choose the right song that it sounds what a Wes/Maynard can be
Просто хотел напомнить что Борланд не написал ни одной песни в составе Металики
Dope!
Wes Claypool
A monster

🤘
Realizing Limp Bizkit can make soundtracks for movies or video games if you remove Fred Durst annoying voice.
The ONLY reason limp got big.
You know, John, Sam and Lethal also did a great job, so I disagree but thanks for comment, no problem with this
Its all of them and specially with Durst from a businesses standpoint
Damn this sounds like a hater comment. LB had ALL the right pieces to get huge. Wes was simply one of those equally important pieces.
@@surfer777 Not a hater! I've seen them twice. I just think Wes has the most talent in the band that got me interested in them in the first place.
@@madazza Gotcha. Well talent is hard to measure, so I guess his simply relates better to you personally. In any case as we now know their combined skills and talents were a perfect match. Their first 3 albums are still in my rotation

Wes Borland - Adam Jones
Two most underrated of all time
Great guitarrists !
Is this a video of WES?
Yes, from 2007
❤⚓💯🤘🤘🤘
Borland is defenitly overqualified for Limp Bizkit
No. His riffs are fun and simple and are perfect for the LB sound. Fred’s lyrics could be better but if he was too intricate it would just be weird.
@@LRM5195 You think you're special...you do...
К Фреду гитаристу
i think typical lmbizkit song came from w.borlnd style...
But the riffs on this is cool as ****
It's to bad that you have to listen to Fred durst rapping in every song they would and could be a great instrumental group
You know Fred has a unique vocal style, but the band has a lot of sklls and chemistry to create songs
Having Fred spitting all that silly stuff kind of compliments the funky and joyful side of Wes's riffs
Fred is perfect for them. He went a little to poppy in the later years but when I first hear 3 Dollar bill, I was blown away. Never heard anything like it.
Right yeah.
The ambient song ‘everything’ is one of my favourites, maybe because Durst doesn’t use words .
Whole album has a dark feel that I like.
What is the title of the song?
Its actually a Jam session of Wes
Wes Borland guitarist!?! Seriously!?!🤣🤣🤣
So basically you're a bass player
He brings a lot of bass skills to guitar with his percussive tappings
Lol. Thought the same.
I think hes slightly too advanced for LB
Hum... John and Sam both are in same level that Wes i think
this is so tool
you mean the clean part?
@@limpbizkitinstrumentalcove2730 it has tool vibe .it wasnt in bad context
@@AlmissaGaming Yeah i got bro, and I totally agree with you
If Tool ever needs a stand in guitarist, they should call Wes.
I was just going to say the same thing!
It would sound so cool! Nice ideia
Imagine tool not being boring, more explosive and groovier... I'd listen it.
It's a good riff🤘 but doesn't reach the monster level ✌️

So much better when Fred D doesn't come in.
It's bad ass but the tone kinda blows
It's like TOOL but not))
Yeah reminds some things from Tool
He wasted his talent on Limp Bizkit, then he wasted it even more when he did Big Dumb Face. Great musician, could have done a lot more.
There is another band,he plays guitar and vocals( yea,he "plays" vocals lol)
