  • Have you tried Party Ribs Yet?!
So easy and so dang good!! I cooked these up on my @recteq_official DualFire and it was incredible!
    • Racks of Ribs
    • @fyrstarter Red Hot Sauce
    • @overthefirecooking Imperial Coffee Stout Rub from @spiceology
    • 2 shots of espresso
    • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
    • 3 tbsp of Coffee bbq sauce
    • 5 tbsp butter
    • 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar
    1. Start by prepping the ribs! Just pull off the membrane, slicing into individual ribs, and hit them with your favorite binder… which should be @fyrstarter 😉. Then coat with your seasoning of choice!
    2. Place them on the Smoker at 250°F until they hit about 165° internal. Mine took about 2 hours.
    3. Pull off the ribs and place into a metal bbq/steam tray, and bring inside to add the remaining ingredients. Toss in the espresso, maple syrup, bbq sauce, butter, and brown sugar.
    4. Cover and smoke for atleast 30 more minutes up to an hour! Then pull the cover off and let them cook for 30 more minutes uncovered. Brush that glaze on a few times as well during this step!
    5. Let them rest 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
