Not just the dance routine, the enthusiasm comes through, you can FEEL the love of what they do. I acted, danced and sang in countless productions for 50+ years, this brought back all those memories in one fabulous dance, thank you.
These two were very brave to even attempt this replication. They are brilliant! If you've ever tap danced, you would understand how difficult it is to be so precise with crystal clear taps throughout. Wish they had been "tapped" for the new biopic on Fred Astaire that will be coming out in the near future.
Nobody will ever recreate Astaire and Powell's greatest dance better than these two unknown hoofers, they are truly spectacular and their names should be rescued from the shadows of oblivion.
This Astaire and Powell number was the tap number that literally pushed me into taking tap as a youth . I tip my top hat to these two for paying homage to these two legends and learning this marvelous number . Most new kids don’t use the older style of tap . I prefer the old musical days with this style . Bravo !! This made my day !
That is outstanding PERFECTION.......The best, most accurate recreation of the Astaire and Powell original. Not a step out of place. With the original clip on screen behind you shows it as exact as it comes. You are truly very talented dancers. Thanks so much for this enjoyable masterpiece!
So Sinatra was wrong when he said "we'll never see the likes of this again" Bloody Marvellous, my favourite dance routine recreated (almost) perfectly..if you'd asked be before id seen it i'd have said it couldn't be done
This is absolutely amazing! I definately wasn't expecting this, oh if only I could tap like this, where did these kids study?! Love it!!! Wonderful tribute to Eleanor and Fred!
Further more if Fred and Ellie could look down from heaven and see these youngsters emulating them like this, they would be as pleased as punch i'm sure. They would know that their legacy will always live on
Who are they?? And, bless them, kiss them and congratulate them for such fine work, accurate, professional, skilled, lovely fun!! To simulate an original so well is superb!!!
This is amazing and I salute these two young people. Two nitpicks: I think a snug double-breasted coat does look better for a number like this than a loose dinner jacket; and Fred never moved his hips like that (starting at 2:04).

I clicked on this video not really expecting much, was I

have the opportunity to see these two work in person.
Fred and Eleanor would be proud . Love, love, love this video
"Folks, you might wait around and hope but you'll
never see the likes of this again."
-Frank Sinatra on Astaire and Powell
ABSOLUTLEY the BEST cover of Begin the Beguine. These two would make Fred and Eleanor proud!! Well done!!!
This just blows me away every time I see it. I hope these two went on to a career in dance! What a tribute.

The BEST COPIERS of the two GREATS OF HOLLYWOOD I have seen on UA-cam.... BRAVO.
I so want to learn this routine!!
Wonderful!! You guys even got the arm movements down in the a'capella time step section. A glowing tribute!!

Well, that was pretty fantastic, wasn't it? Great stuff, and great work.
That routine is incredibly hard to do , I have many dancers try it on u tube and I think besides Eleanor and Fred you guys did it the best
Im absolutely amazed...kudos to you both....
So dangerous to put Fred and Ginger up behind you and bloody courageous! I was blown away. Amazing well done!!!!
Thank you
Emma Ahm, that was Eleanor Powell on the screen, not ginger.
That was Eleanor Powell and Fred Astaire behind on the screen. Ginger was not as good as Eleanor.

Wow

Y'all, This is the great Director/Choreographer, Susan Stroman and her dance partner then, Jeff Veazy!
Lovely But nobody can top the originals. Ever. 💕
Who are these 2 people , where are they ?
Damn, they were excellent!!!! What are their names?
Do people even tap dance anymore? I would love to see more people bring back this dance
What are their names!!!!!
No logran igualarlos
Bravi....non bisogna far paragoni....
Это то, о чем я мечтал!!! Спасибо тем, которые придумали скопировать Астера. Я - на набесах!
Who are these kids?
Who are these dancers?!
The steps might be the same but not the arm movements and the sheer class. Not even close
Comme je dis pas évident à refaire car Fred il touche pas le sol
Nice job, but lose the plunging neckline, dancing was not sexualized back then like it is now.
Really?!! That’s all you had to say? Jeez!!!
Good but nothing like Powell and Astaire.
fuck off
