I bought some dried juniper berries with the intention of putting them into some sauerkraut. I'm a little nervous now that I've learned they taste piney. LOL I'm going to try a little tea first to see if I can stand the taste. That's what brought me to this video. Wish me luck! I don't want to ruin a whole cabbage. 😂😂

Wait....arent juniper berries poisonus if you consume too much? This seems like a good way to accidentally over intake
Hey PSA these are not junipers they are savin juniper these can be toxic true junipers grow in a upright tree and the berries are in a cluster typically found on cedar trees

The jumper berries I found are dry and hard. They would smash your fingers if you tried to squeeze them. Did not find this video helpful. Have never seen these fresh juniper berries in my life....
