- We are in Vietnam! 🇻🇳 This is actually our first time here! Can you believe it? And we kick off our first day in Ho Chi Minh city - formally known as Saigon! After living in the Philippines for 4 months we Decide to dust off our passports and head to Vietnam! A country on our bucket list. And like any old bucket list we had a few things we wanted to tick off such as:

I considered Vietnam as my second home. Planning to come back at the end of August. Watch out for motorbikes you guys coz their everywhere. Try all the street noodles you can find because they are all delicious... Many vietnamese people don't speak and understand English because of that they are shy and other expat thinks they are rude but they are not, they are kind and nice people.

- You need to wait for the pedestrian signal to turn green before going.
- In areas where there are no traffic lights, step through slowly, raise your palm towards the oncoming vehicle and the vehicles will give way to you (most people will give way to you, but not all), so calmly step over and handle the situation.
- The best high-end cafe and the taste is amazing that you can find in Ho Chi Minh is TRUNG NGUYEN LEGEND!
- BANH Mi and Vietnamese PHO are delicious, but try some other dishes that are also very popular in Ho Chi Minh. I will list a few below. I will write in Vietnamese so that you can easily find information.

HCM is the very first overseas city I travelled way back in 2011. In the same year I went back to Vietnam twice and visited Hanoi and Ha Long bay. Vietnam is a beautiful country ❤️ from Philippines.

Crossing them roads in VN at first is very scary the art is to wait until theres only motorbikes then find a small gap and go but do NOT stop walking at a steady pace. My girlfriend told me off many times until i got the hang of it.

Khi đi qua đường ở Việt Nam bạn nên quay cái đầu mình chú ý làn xe bên tay trái. Tiếp đến quay đầu để ý làn xe bên phải và bạn cứ từ từ bước đi các phương tiện khác họ sẽ tránh bạn. Tuyệt đối bạn không được chạy băng qua đường như vậy rất nguy hiểm cho bạn và cho các phương tiện khác. Vì họ không chủ động tay lái được trước một người băng ngang đầu xe . Bạn hiểu chứ . Còn khi bạn đi qua con đường mà không có hai làn đường thì bạn cứ giơ tay phía trước và từ từ xin đường đi qua nếu có phương tiện ô tô thì bạn phải đợi nó qua đã bạn mới sang . Khi dòng xe lưu thông không ngừng thì bạn cứ giơ tay xin đường và từ từ qua vậy là ok . Đi vài lần bạn sẽ quen ngay thôi . Chúc bạn có chuyển du lịch đường phố Việt nam thú vị nhé.

@@Skater21Loverboyz it’s stupid to compare the price of the food between its origin and other places. In Vietnam we just need 2$ to have such a good bowl of Pho and in other places, the price is obviously higher because of imported Vietnamese ingredients and the international fame of Pho

There is a reason why the current Commie Vietnam ranks at the bottom of the world in freedom of speech and freedom of the press, barely above Commie China and Commie North Korea. Similarly, its passport ranks at the bottom, 89th out of 111 countries for a reason, barely above North Koea 104th rank. even below many African nations. For comparison, South Korea 2nd rank. Travelers to Vietnam in her current form (not at all like this before the Communists took over) should keep this in mind. Behind the beauty of the land and smiling faces at popular tourist destinations, there are a lot of darkness and sorrow, horror, and sufferings all over the country.

Just spent over ten days in Vietnam we did Saigon flew to Hanoi took a boat over night to Halong bay & flying back to Saigon for a night
I absolutely love Vietnam it’s so fun diverse something for everyone Vietnamese people to me an Aussie come across as so nice helpful determination & honest brutally honest. They keep incredibly clean it might look messy by comparison but there’s literally 98 million people squashed into such a tiny area. I watched street food vendors for hours from my balcony room. It may b cooked & prep on side walk but it’s all done with focus on cleanliness. I don’t think I’ve heard of anyone getting sick from Saigon or Hanoi food it’s the freshest food & the cheapest food

Having witnessed Vietnam, I can confirm that the people are great and each and everyone of them must have a motorbike....Like you, I have never seen so many motorbikes in one place. I have been to a number of South East Asian countries and have never tried an Ice Tea, because as a brit, we think of tea as being hot. However, a very nice Vietnam lady persuaded me to try one, it was very refreshing. Guys, I recommend visiting Hoi An Ancient Town, but make sure you visit during day light and also in the evening.
Hi Roy!! It’s so true that seeing so many motorbikes is quite chaotic. And yet we found ourselves feeding off the energy. Haha it’s a crazy time 😂 we cannot wait to show you the beautiful footage we captured in Hoi An! Undoubtedly had become one of our favourite places in the world.
P.S we also drink our tea hot. Even when it’s 45 degrees outside 😂🙏

Here in America, we have a few actual and creative pho restaurant names: What the Pho, Hot as Pho, Absolutely Phobulous, Pho-nomenal, Pho Show, Phoever Yum, Pho Real, UnPhogettable, and Pho-natic.

Welcome to Vietnam. I believe that you guys got great experiences. Each part of our country has its own specific food and cultural features. If you want to get more exciting moments, I recommend you to visit the highland region of Vietnam where a lot of ethnic minorities live with diverse cultures. I'm looking forward to your videos. Vietnam is not cheap in every way. Everything is low quality from food, clothes, healthcare, hotels, and service. Vietnam is not a rosy place like many post on here. It is a dangerous place to travel in, dirty, unsanitary, disease ridden, noisy, uncivilized country full of cheats and liars, and the Vietnamese are not loyal people. The Vietnamese only welcome tourists for their money. Don't be mislead by the posts about how great it is here and how wonderful the country is. Just look at the highways how filthy and litter-ridden they are. Life is still cheap here and buses and trucks will run you over and kill you to make a bit of money. There little consideration in this country for you or your life.
As a Vietnamese myself, I can confirm that crossing the street is sth crazy at first( I was a countryside boy, and my first nightmare was the day I moved into Ha Noi, I had to learn how to cross the street ). Anyways, the vid is really great and it's impressive that the way you guys cross the street looks calm and plain. Good day from Vietnam. Btw sr I found this vid late
