So I bought a new flex cable in the online store, after I did everything my phone doesn't charge at all, then it suddenly drain, so I charge it then the battery level goes to 1, but when I am in the home screen, the lighting icon disappeared, what is the reason behind that? I badly need your help.

Might be the Battery issues or bad contact of battery to the battery connector that makes such issues. See the video in my topic iPhone XS Max restart on 3 minutes there you can see the log process and follow the procedure and send me the log.

Charging from one side means might be flex issues or tristar. The battery percentage jumps mean loose contact of battery middle pin(SWI Line) check it the pin goes inside.

Loose contact of charging flex or if you change Tristar the metal protection might be torn charging flex looks carefully.

You can try and check while insert charger charging indication shows power off without take out charger that will charge your mobile try once.
