    God bless the girls & women who may be experiencing such.
    Exercise, leafy greens, heat in the area are healthy for relieving menstruation pain.
    I use a heating pad for cramps but if such is not available, get glass bottle with cap and fill with hot water then cover with cloth and apply to stomach or back.
