This is absolutely horrifying to even contemplate. They were forced into a death march. Humiliated, terrified, violated and brutalized. I thought for years because there was mention of a gun, that they maybe died quickly. They didn’t. The reality is so much worse. And yes one likely witnessed the other ones murder before her own. Just horrible. I actually feel rage about this. Just a vile and disgusting abuse of human lives. It makes me angry. I’m so sorry for these girls, their parents and loved ones, their community and us as a species that individuals like this even exist.

I tried to explain to someone on another channel that we have to be careful assigning our expected behavior as adults onto 2 children. And they most definitely were children. As adults, we have so much life experiences that shape how we will react to various situations, such as fear, danger, anger, etc. These poor girls would most likely react as any child would. I can remember a rather terrifying event that occurred to me as a 13 year old. I was walking home from school and a stranger drove up next to me and asked me if I wanted to do this and that to him. He was completely exposed. I absolutely froze. Didn't run or scream or yell. I just froze and tried to figure out if this was real or a nightmare. As an adult, I would have reacted very differently.

Most here probably will not know that you were the very first person to put together the crime scene flow in the first few days following the murders. I've ALWAYS thought two little girls being left out there at all is ridiculous..... The isolation alone...... The DANGER of falling off the bridge NOT to mention the danger facing two children on their own if they ran into someone intent on harming them..... WHICH THEY DID !!!!!!!!
There's no way my kids would have ever been allowed to walk on that bridge ever!!. Just based on the height of the bridge itself plus it's missing ties on the bridge and the remote location of it. I know hindsight is 20/20 but no good parent would let their kids go out on that bridge. I know Abby's mother did not want Abby on that bridge but she went ahead and did it anyway with Libby.

Sexual assault. In one of the confessions he supposedly explains that he was preparing to SA them but got spooked and realized he needed to get out of there. But girls were stripped so you have to assume that he had sexual intent. He, or whoever the killer is. Otherwise, why bother to make those poor girls undress? My theory is that the killer actually had been out there many times and had noticed that Betsy lady who regularly walked that trail and that was who he was hoping to SA because he more or less knew her pattern of walking out there all the time. I think he missed his opportunity to get that lady and decided to go after the two teens. Just my thoughts, given that she said she walked out there all the time and I suspect Bridge Guy was in the habit of going there a lot.
This is both gut wrenching and terrifying. I can't imagine being one of the girls and still having the wherewithal to record BG (RA). And then I have daughters close to their ages also. No one should have to go through what they and their families have gone through.

I can't believe this bridge was open to the public... so dangerous. Those poor girls. He hunted them in a place there was literally no escape from. Please keep CTV's know it all expert (my words) Barbara McDonald honest when you appear with her as you did recently...she feels a certain entitlement to the facts because of her access, and tries to bend to some of the absurdities when they come up (I'll just leave it there). These girls deserve and need justice....and there is NO DOUBT that Richard Allen is not only bridge guy, but THE GUY and sole perpetrator of this real life horror.

Libby had been chatting online with him for some time and was very taken with the Anthony Shots profile. It has never been proven that there is a connection, but I believe one creep told another that the girls would be there and he RA went. We also know Kline was involved in the biggest pdf file photo ring in Indiana history, he probably ran into RA, but again, this is speculation. Kline was also really interested in this case, looking stuff up, and admitted that he was the last one to talk to Libby. I even think the cops believe there is a connection but couldn’t prove it. They talked about other actors that they would be going after…

Excellent job! The animation and video perspective really helps put this together. Just having a still photo and the audio clip just never seemed so threatening, so it was hard for me to understand why the girls just went. There were 2 of them, and (allegedly) only one of this short, stocky man. Now that this is more visual, I can see where the girls would feel trapped and intimidated. I'd love to see if there is more video on that phone that has not been released yet. The music at the second viewing was definitely chilling, also. Nice touch! Thanks, Gray.
@ grayhughes I’m not clear about which direction he came from. Did he come from the opposite direction that the girls were dropped off? Edited; okay after watching the whole video I got it. I was confused because I thought he was coming towards them from the other direction. But he was behind them as they were walking towards end. Thanks. I know being in the bridge was scary enough and the bridge guy confused and terrified them….they didn’t have the wherewithal at that age to just scream and scream and scream…..and I mean as soon as they realized he was approaching. They are heroes for their bravery and wherewithal to record bridge guy. Hopefully we all learn that their are sick and twisted individuals everywhere at any time of day
Would you run and scream though if you didn't know if the guy meant you any harm? Just because another person was walking on the bridge... How would they have known he intended to hurt them until he got close and pulled his gun? At that point it would've been too late, or at least they probably thought it was.
An absolute nightmare. The fear and dread they had that we’ve all experienced, but as you said, we usually discover was nothing. These poor girls had that feeling and were sadly correct. I hope Allen enjoys eating his own feces for the next 40 years. Heartbreaking. Thanks for your efforts, Gray.

Hey grey! You should try to find height of bridge guy based off of measurements of objects in original video. If fbi can measure pupils to match a suspect to glasses, I believe bridge guys height can be found

Great work putting this together. Not many know or appreciate the skills and time it takes to compile accurate data and animations. Your attention to detail is excellent. I know a person with a gun isn't a good situation but perhaps if one or both had bear spray they might have at least had some kind of chance? I'm one for the idea of you are threatened with a weapon they might kill you if you do nothing and if the person is mentally set to cause harm you might as well try something. Bear spray might not of incapacitated him but maybe it would give you just enough time as he's reacting to push him down the hill and you make a break for it. If he fires that gun for sure someone will hear the shots..

I didn't know he came up from behind them, not that it would have mattered. You did an amazing job of recreating what happened. How did you piece this together? Are you attending the trial or has someone attending you given you this information? I thought the detectives had released very little information about what happened. RE people wondering why they didn't scream. I have been in a couple of less threatening situations even as an adult, and I instantly freeze.

It really doesn’t sound like RA imo, different accent and RA has a more nasal voice, speaking with the top of his mouth and not the bottom like BG. It is however a really close match imo for BH, the guy the defence is claiming killed the girls (one of the cultists and the father of Abby’s boyfriend).

I can't believe this bridge was open to the public... so dangerous. Those poor girls. He hunted them in a place there was literally no escape from. It amazes me that they were able amidst all of this, to capture and preserve evidence that hopefully will solve their own murders. Thank you for this animation.

This video captured everything, I could even see a small portion of a gravel road below it, at the end, something I’ve since heard in trial coverage. Keep up the great work
Gray-such incredible attention to detail, this is both amazing and horrifying at the same time. So appreciate your focus on logic and rationality here, where so many media members are trying to play middle ground or worse. Please keep CTV's know it all expert (my words) Barbara McDonald honest when you appear with her as you did recently...she feels a certain entitlement to the facts because of her access, and tries to bend to some of the absurdities when they come up (I'll just leave it there). These girls deserve and need justice....and there is NO DOUBT that Richard Allen is not only bridge guy, but THE GUY and sole perpetrator of this real life horror.
Based on Betsy Blair’s comments regarding her feeling that he appeared to be looking out for someone other than her, I’m leaning towards RA was purposefully & specifically looking out for these two girls. How did he know they would be there that afternoon?

@@providencephelps1497 We don’t know, but he did say that he was supposed to meet her but she never showed up. Libby had been chatting online with him for some time and was very taken with the Anthony Shots profile. It has never been proven that there is a connection, but I believe one creep told another that the girls would be there and he RA went. We also know Kline was involved in the biggest pdf file photo ring in Indiana history, he probably ran into RA, but again, this is speculation. Kline was also really interested in this case, looking stuff up, and admitted that he was the last one to talk to Libby. I even think the cops believe there is a connection but couldn’t prove it. They talked about other actors that they would be going after…
@providencephelps1497 from my understanding they were chatting with him online. They were catfished,they thought kline was a young attractive model type. But my question is WHY,why do that and destroy these beautiful innocent lives

It is so important to revisit these detailed videos and maps now. It is amazing to me how many things match now that testimony is given in trial.
Excellent job! The animation and video perspective really helps put this together. Just having a still photo and the audio clip just never seemed so threatening, so it was hard for me to understand why the girls just went. There were 2 of them, and (allegedly) only one of this short, stocky man. Now that this is more visual, I can see where the girls would feel trapped and intimidated. I'd love to see if there is more video on that phone that has not been released yet. The music at the second viewing was definitely chilling, also. Nice touch! Thanks, Gray.

I know being in the bridge was scary enough and the bridge guy confused and terrified them….they didn’t have the wherewithal at that age to just scream and scream and scream…..and I mean as soon as they realized he was approaching.
They are heroes for their bravery and wherewithal to record bridge guy.
Hopefully we all learn that their are sick and twisted individuals everywhere at any time of day
I am wondering what I would’ve done or what I could’ve done if I was in that situationz smh and the only thing I can think of is to run and scream!
Would you run and scream though if you didn't know if the guy meant you any harm? Just because another person was walking on the bridge... How would they have known he intended to hurt them until he got close and pulled his gun? At that point it would've been too late, or at least they probably thought it was.

Hey grey! You should try to find height of bridge guy based off of measurements of objects in original video. If fbi can measure pupils to match a suspect to glasses, I believe bridge guys height can be found

I'm one for the idea of you are threatened with a weapon they might kill you if you do nothing and if the person is mentally set to cause harm you might as well try something.
Bear spray might not of incapacitated him but maybe it would give you just enough time as he's reacting to push him down the hill and you make a break for it. If he fires that gun for sure someone will hear the shots..

Are you attending the trial or has someone attending you given you this information? I thought the detectives had released very little information about what happened. RE people wondering why they didn't scream. I have been in a couple of less threatening situations even as an adult, and I instantly freeze.

@@alyssa0411 there is a video of someone grabbing the voice clip from BG and comparing it to several suspects. It really doesn’t sound like RA imo, different accent and RA has a more nasal voice, speaking with the top of his mouth and not the bottom like BG. It is however a really close match imo for BH, the guy the defence is claiming killed the girls (one of the cultists and the father of Abby’s boyfriend).
