You sure? the stadium is surrounded by ugly parking lots and a river. If that’s a genuine fine at this venue it’s a total BS one as there’s nobody to disturb
I saw her Speak Now tour in high school in a stadium. It started POURING during Enchanted, poured through Dear John too. I never cried so much as a fan girl lmqo
I love Taylor Swift but I hate the rain. It brings life and rejuvenation. I prefer dry heat that sucks your soul out and murders your sense of order in the world.
@@andrewwomble2722there is something very cool about the experience when it pours. I went to an afc championship game and it started pouring in the second half. Made the win that much more fun
When she gets sick and dies early then you all will regret this to the fullest. Taylor Swift fails to realize that her health is far more important than how much money she makes.
@@judenihal it’s not about how much money she makes, I think she can easily reschedule the show and make as much money. But she went ahead, so that her fans doesn’t need to make additional arrangement with the hotels, flights, other means of travelling. Just appreciating her love towards swifties.
I hear she uses a lot of Pat McGrath products. Apparently one of the setting sprays is an urban decay one which I do love their setting sprays- (some lady posted about what her makeup artist uses so that’s where I got that info lol)
Reminds me of 2012 in Mexico City seeing Lady Gaga. It was POURING to the point where we thought she would cancel halfway through. She refused to stop and easily gave me the best concert of my life. It was so much fun dancing and singing with Gaga and other fans in the rain.
Massive respect to Taylor, her band, her dancers....to all the people involved, crowd, security, all the behind scenes ect. Many an artist would of cancelled the show & rebooked (if abled, I understand her shows are on a fairly tight schedule, either back to back different city, different state ect) offer money back? OK so obviously delayed, but got on to it once realising rain wouldn't let up, wow, how amazing to be there to see & listen, to witness another fantastic concert of hers & probably the worst weather for a concert to continue, another one down in history for her. Seriously though, there would not be many artists that would continue? Well done to all involved! That is dedication to their craft 😅
@MrKjk22956 how much do think she would get paid for an appearance? How much are the costumes worth? How about her digital stage and the dive tank? How about the dancers, the musicians, the calibre of guests she has, the support singers, the sound and lighting technicians, the site manager, construction and deconstruction of the stage? Her management, PR and all the stylists and make-up artists on her team How about the waterproof sound equipment, her guitars piano/s, the huge screens displaying the stage, the roadies, and merchandise production... there's so much I've not put on the list here that goes into choreographing such a huge production. So Beyoncé got paid 3-4 million a few years ago for 45mins. That would be inflated now, and Taylor would earn as much maybe more if she did these appearances, so say 5 million for 45mins, that's easily 20 million plus for only her. Let alone everything listed above. I'm sure her accountant is stoked, but it's not like she's *phoning (edit I originally incorrectly said dialing) it in. So good for her.
@RudeRaptor I meant the opposite which is this; To phone it in, this idiom comes to us from way back when someone might call into a meeting rather than being there. You're saying this then: To 'dial it in' is the opposite. It means to pay attention to detail, to be really focused, to produce great work. Thanks for the correction.
A couple weeks after I met my husband in 1996 he got me tickets for Bush with Verucs Salt opening at fiddlers green and it was a non stop pouring rain ( Fiddlers Green is an outside venue ftr) and we were snuggling under a blanket the whole time... Just had our 26th anniversary a few months back and that's still one of my favorite memories of all time!
I was at this show!! Waiting out on those ramps was actually terrible but the suspense of not knowing if she’d go on and just going through such an ordeal for it to finally happen made it even more exciting and surreal. Plus we got amazing surprise songs!! It was miserable and magical 💜
WAAAAAAAHHH!! 😭😭😭 Poor baby! In reality tho, she's performing in the rain? Not too many artists do that, and with that kind of enthusiasm. You're nothing but lucky to have seen her in that setting.
This reminds me of the Lady Gaga concert my mom and I went to. It started raining and thunder and everything. Last show of the tour and after hours of waiting (and at least hundreds of ppl leaving) it was canceled 😭❤️ I wish we were able to wait it out and finish the show but she was amazing and she felt so loving. I imagine that's what taylor would have felt like and I WISH I was able to go
Does anyone remember when she performed “Should’ve Said No” at the ACM awards in 2008 with rain? This rain during the concert would have been perfect for that song!
I drove lyft the whole weekend swift was in Nashville. I took off Sunday my god those fans love her to much. It’s rain out and they still waited like no
i spent two and a half hours on the floor of a men’s room with my boyfriend 😂 it was insane. but we stayed very close to the door for our section so we would be able to rush to our seats. i loved screaming her songs in the pouring rain with her ❤
You have to give her credit. She clocks in, goes to work, and gets the job done by putting on a great show for her fans regardless of the weather. Taylor Swift has this old U.S. Army Infantryman’s respect.
legit the best day of my life. i was there, pretty sure i was right in front of your ramp lol. it was so crammed it was insane. but i would totally do it again lol! 13/10 experience
Even with Taylor going on 2 and a half hours late in Nashville, you made it home an hour before I did leaving her show at Gillette in Foxboro, and I only live an hour from the stadium.
Wow she really put her fans through all of that just for the sake of not having to give the money back or having the insurance company kick in and cover the cost of the losses, I've heard of people being cheap but this is insane, you have YOUR fans standing in a shelter for 2.5 hours while your backstage enjoying food, beverage, a nice dry cumphy couch. Really incredible!
Omg you’re lucky you got home so fast! It took us almost 3 hrs to find a ride to our vrbo, then we had an hour to sleep before needing to head to the airport

She truly gets on my nerves. With all that " I did it all myself, I'm totally self made" is just disrespectful to every one that put her there. Yes she has talent but so do thousands of others that didn't have the connections or backing from wealthy people so she was able to get good management and lawyers and promoters and stylists or producers.
I was at that concert too! It was crazy!! There were medical emergencies EVERYWHERE,and the worst part was, we were in a box seat so we wouldn’t have got rained on, but we went to visit some friends right as the lightning warning went off so we got stuck under there for two hours. It was so squished! And we didn’t have ponchos bc we had box seats so we didn’t think we’d need them.😢 All in all, the show was AMAZING and so fun though! Definitely worth it!😊
Omg I was there, the thing is though is that due the rain delay, the merch line wasn’t bad at all bc you could just sneak past everyone because it was just a giant crowd of people and there wasn’t much of a designated line anymore
