It really depends on what area, what type of property and we don't really have that kind of crazy deals that always happen unless the area no longer a hot property area, and if it is a crazy deal usually I don't even got the chance to film it to capture it, usually sold out very fast, just a text to the fellow investors and some of them can even pay the deposit without visit the house
Big foyer, big balcony is definitely impressive, but with the trade off small bed room, small dining, small kitchen . Small living… i cant even understand the people who bought this. Hahaa
Actually, PERSONAL OPINION, in order for developer to profit, they have to build in this way, but in order to make you or the potential purchaser feel WOW, they make the balcony bigger and wider, if they make the living room bigger means bigger square feet/ size too and lesser unit, that way they can demand higher price but not "affordable" or will not be digested easily anymore by the potential buyers/target market will be smaller , So the people that bought this only want the location, i guess that's the main reason
@@scottseowrealestate true i agree, there’s wow factor on it. And some people might not even looking for big living and dining, every design itself has its own buyer.
Yeah, agree, personal opinion, i think it's because they cannot build additional unit anymore so that's why they put in big balcony to charge you extra too 🙈
@@scottseowrealestate The extra large balcony can appeal to gardener types who want to grow vegetables and herbs in pots. Also, if you could install a patio screened enclosure in the balcony to limit flies and mosquitoes and expand the living space but you would need ceiling fan and a/c unit too. What do you think ? For gardening, setting up a water tap in the balcony could make this easier.
There shall be a water tap at the balcony, even my 500k condo also has water tap at balcony, this 1 , 1.3m onward, if without a water tap really stupid , balcony wise… … … invisible grill is possible, but to enclose whole balcony i don't think it is possible Not recommend to expand the living space unless you can do it without affecting the structure and outlook of the building otherwise you will get complained
I saw other people do that, enclosed the whole balcony, they didn't plan to take back renovation deposit, so yeah… … … and also no other residents complained … …… so… … … … 🙈
You do a very good job of presenting these properties.
Thanks for watching, let me know what you'd like to see / hear more from me

Excellent video and condo showing Scott! What an amazing-looking project! And personally, I liked the layout and balcony size.
Glad you enjoyed it ❤️

What's yours 🙈
Don't worry i got nothing to sell/ push you haha haha i can't get your contact from here~
Balcony and foyer is too big. Causing the living and dining room to be small for a 1400 sqf unit

@@scottseowrealestate Hi Scott, thanks for your reply. Yes, the enclosed screen balcony would NOT be approved. Ha ha .
