for me i think floor plan is ok but it depends which layout , just the bedroom size, i wish it can be bigger....... well about the local part, i guess it depends on individual preference, i don't take any particular stand , but i do prefer my desk near my bed so i can off and sleep directly 🤣😂 thanks for watching
