location is very good if you are local. But floor plan is not for local. Would any local want a 3 or 4 bedrooms unit in which all the regular bed rooms come with attached washroom but have no space for bookshelves and study desk? This video is a honest introduction.
for me i think floor plan is ok but it depends which layout , just the bedroom size, i wish it can be bigger....... well about the local part, i guess it depends on individual preference, i don't take any particular stand , but i do prefer my desk near my bed so i can off and sleep directly 🤣😂 thanks for watching
