Not only did the refs try to take it from Georgia but they handed Texas 15 points then they tried to take a TD away that was clear as day on replay where the ball crossed the line way before any knee or elbow hit!!! Etienne scored two plays later on 4th down so it didn’t change the game but if they steal that TD maybe Texas does something different only being8 points away!!!!

Refs took away Etienne’s stretching for one of the touchdowns and his first down that would have put the game away. Consistently spotted us a yard shy of reality

Of course they are. I formerly respected Fowler until his "salty" comments about Kirby last night. Fowler sounded like a deep stater denying election fraud occurs, except all of us are watching it with our own eyes. The 4-letter network slobbers all over TX and Bama as do the refs. The truth is that Kirby is the best coach in the country, and the National Title runs through Athens, GA, as it should've last year also. But we all know the pull of a certain network.

Just like you say Bama faced a hostile crowd at TN, same for a young UGA team at Bama. The mental game has to be learned through experience. As Saban said to Kirby, we will thank Bama for our loss to them early in the season.

It was a good game in Austin! Georgia came to play and got out quickly! DC called a great game keeping Ewers and Manning off balance all night. I couldn't watch Bama despite being a huge fan. DeBoer needs to make some hard calls right now, probably too late. Seeing Bama play like this hurts my heart. My kids attend Texas and Texas A&M, at least the Aggies had a good win! Whoop! 👍 My daughter was at the Texas game and was distraught when they were losing at halftime. I told her welcome to the SEC, and she said but we are number 1! Bless her heart!
GA beating TX was not a surprise. Texas schedule had proved nothing to me.
Georgia's defense was incredible. Texas had no answer and were completely shut down. A lot of sloppy football this weekend - penalties, interceptions, fumbles, all kinds of chaos. That BYU game was insane - OSU's defense fell asleep and that move the receiver put on them - OMG.
Well now the network is just flat out lying. Greg, your entire panel picked Texas for the world to see. That includes your coach and the proverbial kiss of death from Corso. Do a little better we expect better from you. You’re in your feels. We can’t help what Alabama does.

People have real selective memories when it comes to doubting uga. Going into that 2022 season Tennessee was the talk of the town and most people had them winning the East and after they beat Bama that year everyone had the beating Georgia. People viewed UGA as the 3rd best team in the SEC until about 3/4 of the way through the season.
These front runners( Vols Texas Bama) sick UGA got all these SEC fans sickkkkk
With this win for Tennessee: they've know won two of the last three meetings against Alabama after losing 15 consecutive. This is also the first time since 2004 and 2006 Tennessee beat Alabama consecutively in Knoxville. However, this is now the 4th time out of the last 12 conference games in which Tennessee did not score more than 25 points. Again, it's great for Tennessee that they defeated a team they usually don't beat, but they still need to improve on offense because for the first time since 1963, Tennessee went three consecutive games without scoring any points in the first half.
As for Alabama, this is the first time since 1929 Alabama lost twice in the State of Tennessee in the same season. This is now the 4th time Alabama had two or more losses in the regular season within the last 16 years (2022, 2019, and 2010 were the others). This is also the first time since Nick Saban's first season at Alabama, 2007, in which the Crimson Tide lost two games in the regular season before November. And the problem with Alabama is that they lack discipline and what happened that night was weeks in the making now that Saban is gone. From the Alabama player punting the football in celebration after defeating Georgia to the Alabama player vs Tennessee flopping on purpose (after being told to do so by one of the members of the coaching staff), if Nick Saban was still coaching, he'd a ripped the players a new one.
But at least this is a rivalry once again. I really hope the league expands to 9 games so Alabama and Tennessee can continue to play because even though I am an Alabama fan, I was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and this is a rivalry I hold very near and dear to my heart. Even Nick Saban on College GameDay said that the Tennessee game was a bigger rivalry to his players than the Auburn game because they wanted to wake up for the Tennessee game while having a harder time getting up for the Auburn game. Another classic game in this long played rivalry, although the previous one in Knoxville was way better and one of the greatest in CFB history.

Alabama lost to a team with no offense because they are physically soft. Tennessee played very hard contact on defense from the start and crushed them. It was the defensive equivalent of the Vandy game. That's why Alabama O looked good in the beginning of the second half - they had halftime plus Tennessee's drive to rest. So then they score a few times before Tennesee exhausts then again.

Kirby is above and beyond the best coach in college football now! The Georgia players stepped up and played to a standard they are capable of!!! In August statistics said Bama was #1 and Georgia was #2 with player talent!! So how have we gotten to where we are now? Bama has absolutely no discipline, effort, or consistency and its all on this staff! Hugs and kind words dont demand responsibility, effort, and discipline!

I think that this particular game shows ALL OF US that Texas has NIOT played any tough teams up until they played Georgia last evening. If you take a good look at the early schedule of games, Texas has played a lot of cupcakes and marshmellows. Georgia, on the other hand, has played a MUCH TOUGHER schedule so far.
It seems to me that Texas has a long history of playing a lot of weak teams for the first three or four games and then runs into a buzzsaw and bulldozer. They lose BIG TIME and embarrass themselves.

When I saw Oklahoma lay an egg earlier in the day, my confidence in my Dawgs increased the closer we got to game time. I think the game in Dallas took a lot out of both teams.

The TN defense might have had something to do with that.
They had Milroe's number for sure. They run the same plays because that's all he can execute and once he was exposed in the 2nd half against UGA, he hasn't been able to do much since. Tennessee sustained long drives on offense which wore out our defense. Our offense couldn't get anything going, just the same routine and then our tired defense was back on the field. The Vols earned every bit of this win, the only excuse I have is that our team is not very good lol.

Georgia defense showed that they have an elite gear, Texas played tight and played like they had something to lose. GEORGIA offense ran it better , but they are average at best and have not consistently shown they have a higher gear.
