Mental health is the most neglected topic by this generation, i searched a lot and found very few relevant videos on UA-cam, thanks for your huge efforts to aware us about mental well being. M here bcz i suffered for 7 years with depression and anxiety disorder. Initially i took it as just temporary feelings due to social stigma but with suppression it become nature indeed and become serve depression. But finally i realised the importance of mental health when it affect my work performance badly. Now m on better pace with medication and meditation and educate my self about mental health and it's importance. i highly recommend you all that don't neglect anu symptoms, just start to express yourself in any form you can. Write it, record it , discuss it but please never suppress it...
