titled for the great unsung Herbie Nichols. he seemed to disappear under the shadow of Monk, because they were similar in so many ways, and worked around the same time period. it;s the second homage i have to him, with the other being 'Nichols' Nickels' posted in the 'Scraps From The Table' playlist on this channel. the 'B' section is totally his melodic fragment, and inspired the song.
