  • This meal was enough to feed an army. Total cook time was less than 30 minutes and makes this a great weeknight meal. We used an envelope of lipton onion soup mix to make this stroganoff style but it you wanted more onion flavor just use an envelope in the meatballs and another in the sauce. This easily feeds 6-8 people and makes a great food prep meal.

      Can be made for an even quicker meal with just ground meat instead of meatballs, my kids always called it brown spaghetti! Thanks so much for watching!

    I made this last night. I didn't have the ingredients to make the sauce you made so I used cream of mushroom soup. It turned out pretty good. There's one thing I thought though. The meatballs were bland. Needed more spices for a better-tasting meatball. Other than that, I thought it was a pretty good dinner.

      yes, you could definitely spice it up a bit it is just a change up from red sauce.....Thanks for watching!

    I just got this today! I did kind of what you did even before I saw your video I used frozen meatballs, rice, sautéed my mushrooms and onions, but I did use cream of mushroom soup and it only took 12 minutes of cooking time after it got to temperature. I have watched your videos all week and I thank you for your guidance and recipes.

    Sometimes you got to let it sit few minutes to absorb the liquid, cool down.

    While it’s up to the owner of course it’s highly recommended not to stir anything in either tray with metal utensils….plastic or wood only. Otherwise the non stick accessories will slowly be destroyed..
    This recipe looks wonderful.

      The combi definitely takes up more room than the speedi but the speedi is great machine! Thanks for watching!

    Haven't seen any spaghetti & meatballs video yet. I made chicken pot pie but used 1 can each of cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup, carnation evaporated milk, some olive oil with bag of mixed vegtables and 2 cans BJs canned chicken with pillsbury flakey grand rolls cook on top tray. No need for flour since evaporated milk thichen it up. When making the spaghetti I just pull the beef apart and drop in sauce so all cook together.

      @@realfoodprep Finding cooking pasta little tricky in combi. Have you cooked egg noodles in the combi. I'm thinking cooking my chicken pot pie but using egg noodles most I would cook them separately in fasta pasta and add when finished but why not everything together

    Are you liking the combi more than the speedi?

    • @realfoodprep
      @realfoodprep  9 місяців тому

      I would not say more, I think they ARE two diff machines. I Lan to do a comparison video....combi allows me to cool more food at a time than the speedi but speedi seems to be easier to clean and sear and saute but for total meals they achieve same results with combi cooking more volume of food

      @@realfoodprep I found the Speedi has a default streaming time of 20 minutes before starts cooking time while Combi decides when it reaches steam and starts the count down. Only combi bake has a 20 minute time for steaming before baking time. They maybe be steaming but don't work the same each has it's own learning curve.
