Iqbal’s, a culinary legend in Rae Bareilly since 1921, continues to be a local favorite, delighting patrons with its authentic Awadhi flavors. Rocky was thrilled to discover that the traditional tastes of Awadh are not only preserved but are thriving in this esteemed eatery. The shami kebabs at Iqbal's stand out for their crunchy exterior and melt-in-the-mouth interior, perfectly embodying the craft of Awadhi cooking. Further indulging in the menu, Rocky savored the chicken malai tikka, Kalimirchi chicken, and perfectly roasted chicken, each dish masterfully spiced and bursting with flavor. The rich Qormas and succulently spiced mutton bhuna, served with airy Khameeri Roti and sweet Sheermal, were spot on, hitting all the right notes of traditional richness and spice. However, it was the Biryani that truly delighted Rocky, with its impeccable layering of flavors and aromas, making his visit to Iqbal’s a memorable feast of the highest order.

*I am a Big fan Of Rocky Singh that's why I bought His book Highway on my plate & still I have it in my book shelve, I luv the way Rocky smiles and way of Explaining which is exceptional* When I juss came to know he was in my city(Lucknow) and Stayed at Novotel Hotel I rushed to the Hotel to catch him as Manager Of Novotel (Rahul bhai) knows me very well and He said to me Rocky bhai has been checked out by an hour ago.. I was really disappointed get to know that.. I missed that chance to meet him by an hour... Anyways Will meet him someday❤❤❤
