This was a very strange video to post. No information on why the corner threw in the towel, then the ring announcer said the ref called it 5 minutes at the end of round 1 after a verbal submission. The problem with that is that it was after the 2nd round, not the 1st.
You need to do better than this with your posts, EFC.

I see some guys commented on women's MMA as being less than the earth-shattering knockouts of the men's divisions. You're right. I watch those fights and see those knockouts, and I think 'damn, did he just kill him?' But, come on, isn't twice the amount of MMA better than not? Let's have some love for more blood. If you still need earth-shattering blows, just watch reruns of Rousey taking a leg to the face; that never gets old.

I tried looking it up but all I really found was on Sherdog her reason for ending the fight was retirement. Apparently she later changed her mind because she still competes 7 years later. Maybe there was an injury or something.

@@larryjohns8823 Elbows to the thigh or calf are debilitating. That can hurt for a week. Just getting in that ring takes a special kind of toughness.

The beggining of the video is a perfect example of a beautiful athelete compared to a promo girl. The athelete looks so much prettier and healthier than the promo girls fake everything. Just look at the two faces and wow the athelete is much prettier. That blows me away to see this.
