Today we're looking at the top 3 hedge plants for Southern California! Podocarpus gracilior (Fern Pine), Ligustrum japonicum (Japanese Privet) & Dodonaea purpurea (Purple Leaf Hop Bush). These plants work great for our So Cal USDA zones and are amazing for privacy planting.
