    **Attention** I have made a mistake for the baking time. It is actually 110 minutes at 300 °F and not 325 °F. I am so sorry. I corrected it on the website, too.

    I made this cheesecake for a friend who was super sad. Not only did it perk her up, but she ate it all in two days. Lol. I didn't get to taste it, but she said it was DELICIOUS!!! This recipe is a definite keeper Ms. Luisa. Thank you for your beautiful recipes. Those not making them are missing out on something truly special.

    I know this video is old but I just made this cheesecake on Thursday, January 12th. I just ate a slice today on Sunday. It's delicious.😋 I had to find a new recipe because the last one was terrible. So I chose this one. I used a lemon curd recipe I already had. I'm a firm believer in if it ain't broke don't fix it. This truly is a winner. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️🌹

    Hello, should the baking time be the same if I use a 4 inch mini springform pan? You have great videos, they should be more popular.

      Thank you so much! 4 inch cakes bake faster, I would guess that you only need to bake it 40 minutes at 325, then turn off the oven and let the cake cool for about 10 minutes. Take it out and cut around the edges to keep it from breaking. good luck!

    can i place the sheet of water on the lower rack and then my cheesecake on the rack that’s above the waterbath?

      @@elidajuarez9408 Hi, I usually put it inside a water bath and all the recipes I have read from other bakers do the same but you could try it out!

      @@elidajuarez9408 I have to be honest I stopped using water baths years ago and I never had a problem with my cheesecakes. Hopefully it works the same for you.

    I cooked mine 70 minutes at 300 degrees cooled and it had a crack. It was in hot water bath. oven was preheated. I never had a cake in for that long. I hope I cooked it enough either way we are gonna eat it. It was delicious licking from the bowl. I can send pictures to pm beck kingman. I loved making it. Lemon curd will hide crack. My oven is a little hotter. I'll let you know how it turned out.

      I am sorry it cracked! All ovens are different! So maybe it was that or what I can think of I usually leave it in the oven for 10 minutes after turning it off because sudden temperature changes make it crack. Then remove water bath and place it on a counter and cut around the edge bc cheesecakes shrink as they cool. Let it chill at room temperature for at least 1 hour before transferring it to the fridge
