The end was very sad. Advocate ravindra is one in a million, when wil the top court's in India think of the common people. Hon' le Judge sab walked away after his order. Just throwing responsibility on another Hon' le Judge, it's not an a order. Very shameful

horrible judicial system. It is evident that they are not absconding. The judge should have squashed that order then and there and then listen further about other things. Nonsense and hopeless.

the mental situation of applicants can be seen and understood the judge should have been more patient with them. A judge is there to provide justice to the poor. This proves that even the judicial system dont care about poor people, repeatedly he is saying i am least bothered i am least bothered. Sadly in the end, he did what he decided within first 5 minutes of this hearing

It’s a court not a fish market he is already being far more supportive but the applicant needs to know how to behave. He already gave them so many opportunities to properly present but they were not being careful now if they think they can present without lawyers then it’s assumed that they have a sense to behave properly.

Emotional sentiments should be there based on their condition and age which i think is fairly shown by the judge in this case but you can’t just keep on asking for more and more.

Judges are there to impart justice and such senior citizens with mental and physical health problems deserved to be heard and remedied no matter what discomfort a judge must face. The judge was yelling again and again "i am least bothered". now he may be great judge but he gets a C- in this case.

It's a court and not a bloody fish market. Kudos to judge for listening so patiently, not getting angry after being repeatedly interrupted and then giving selfless advice to hire a lawyer. The lady should have been sensible enough to not do the action she took. That whole room is filled with people suffering in pain in form or the other. Thus decorum is important and since your husband studied LLB, the wife only made the case worse by objecting her own counsel. Well done Judge Saab.

In person litigants have to know how to quickly put across matters since each case is given a short time before the judge..... advocacy is an art because of the short time and the huge number of cases before the judges

Today is the first time I saw him loosing his temper . and even his order was very strange that petitioner intervened and also had Altercation with the advocate ... That's not the altercation but a single side shouting by the advocate ..when the lady was trying to add some points with the advocate...
Disheartened to see Justice Ahluwalia sahab losing his temper in this way...and wrote the High Courts Order in such a way with anger .
Then it's difficult to imagine how Justice would prevail when Honble Justice would lose his temper despite being one of the appreciated judges of HC.

In the case he wrote the judgement that petitioner intervened and had Altercation with the Advocate .. WHICH was one sided by the advocate .. BUT Judge sahab blamed the lady ...who just wanted to add some facts with Advocate that too in not so rude manner... But Judge sahab had already made his mind..
Very Very disappointed to see that even a reasonable and patient Justice like Justice Ahluwalia lost his temper ...
I request Honourable judges to please have understanding that People come to you with hope for Justice after losing their precious years of life... so if judges show more empathy and compassion then it would make u more worthy of being called JUSTICE.
For this particular case .. Honourable Justice Ahluwalia should have shown some more patience.... Anyway, I admire him for many reasons but today after watching this in incident and his order, I got disappointed.
I hope better sense would prevail...

ज़ब प्रोसीजर नही पता है तो क्यू धस जाते है लोग, लोगो को लगता है की कोइ भी वकील का काम आसानी से कर सकता है l ज़ब किसी जज का टर्मिनेशन होता है तो वो भी अपने लिए एक वकील कर लेते है क्यू की उनको कानून भले ही पता हो लेकिन फैक्ट्स से खेलना तो वकील का काम है जज का नही l

Use your words wisely. The judge was doing whatever is good for these old people but as the nature of the old one always interrupts every one and thinks like knows everything, does not trust the guy who is taking their side. So moral always talk less listen more.
