Not enough. He should do more. On one hand one person has lost job for such trivial reason besides losing respect in society and on the other hand this Judge is just tongue lashing that DSP. He should be immediately stripped off his post. That will be justice. How can someone abuse his bestowed powers.

Bihar ke GAYA district ke sc/st court me 4 mahine se koi judge nahin hai, kya ye baat PATNA high court ko pata nahin hai. Judge appoint Karna bhi toh inhi judge ka kaam hai. Jinko case me bail de diya high court ne aur yahan judge nahin hai, yeh kiski galti hai. Bail paye log torture karte hai kaun madad karega. Judge toh direct help karenge nahin. Toh please appoint any judge in GAYA sc/st court.

The police of any state are very prompt in arresting the accused of the false complaints because they are paid for this. The complainant's intention to damage the reputation of somebody is fulfilled by such corrupt police personnel. Police always frames false allegations at the instigation of the powerful persons because of which many poor and innocent people are in jail. The President of India raised great concern for it.
