  • I will show you an easy bread with butter and dry yeast in this video. A detailed recipe, kneading the dough and all the subtleties for a soft and beautiful cake. With this recipe, you will have cotton pogacha, even if you knead for the first time.
    Ingredients:
    For a 30 cm pan
    1-1,100 kg of flour
    2 packets of dry yeast (total 14 g)
    400 ml of milk
    1 tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 full tbsp. yogurt (100 g)
    50 g of butter
    1 tbsp salt
    30 g of butter (for shaping and spreading after baking)
    After kneading the dough, it rises for 60-90 minutes, is shaped and rises again for another 30 minutes. Spread with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven without a fan at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
