Just had my tundra 75 that I bought in 2020 replaced under warranty because the insulation on the inside of the cooler begins to warp and shrink. Make sure you register the product because I’m guessing it’s a major flaw that yeti has an all of their larger coolers and it’s just a matter of time before the insulation begins to dry up ripple and then have issues because that’s exactly what happened to me. When I called the Eddy they didn’t even flinch they replaced it and I think a lot of it is because they know it’s a major problem.
How did you figured it out?
My Yeti cooler just arrived. It came quickly however, the cardboard shipping box was horrible quality. It has to be the worst quality and cheapest cardboard box I have ever received. I went to pick it up using the cardboard cutout for fingers on the side and it totally ripped out. Worthless! The cardboard it paper thin. My brand new Yeti cooler arrived with a nice big dent on it because of the cheap cardboard "protecting" it. They must get a lot of returns. Amazing! This was a gift otherwise I would have asked for a full refund. and bought another brand. I'm going to upgrade now to the next size up because these are tiny with little storage space inside. Way to run a company into the ground!

Hi we have a brand new 75qt tundra that we received for a Christmas gift. My wife just noticed that the lid will not stay open. I tried shoving in back a bit more and it still will always close unless you hold if open. Is this supposed to be normal with these?
Yes normal, happens to both of mine. Attach a high quality bungie to hold it open
