I googled it and found my city’s water report that showed we have hard water. There are definitely official government websites that show you the mineral levels in your water if you’re worried about the map not being accurate!
wouldn't the white color hat make you look more tanned and the black color paler? since the contrast between the black and the white will make you white skin look whiter while the white color being whiter than your skin will make it look tanner? that's how color theory works so I don't understand why you don't like the white on pale skin when it make your skin look less pale.
