@@matthewskullblood9778 No he's honestly spot on. A chef of Ramsey's stature not realizing any dish is not cooked in the middle, breeds disastrous results. That was a case of the mom going into protective mode. She damn well ran the numbers in her head and forgoed victory to save her son's reputation. If she didn't, there would have been a hard cut. While he fixed his blunder. It was a rookie mistake honestly and I'm sure "off camera" she tore him a new one.
I love the fact that she pulled out that old recipe and started challenging his added ingredients. To everyone else hes a world class chef that can do what the hell he wants when cooking but to his mum, he's still just a cheeky lil basterd that needs to watch his language!

pretty sure that gordon is losing the challenges, because the guests can spot which one is his and deliberately voting against it haha
typically when he loses its because they are pranking him and he actually won. For example with the bread and butter pudding, in the full vid you can clearly see the cranberries in the one they say is much better.

If he meant in the industry then yes it's true. The majority of workers in the kitchen are men, it's honestly really difficult for a women to advance in the industry unless she has many leadership qualities, those women are highly valued. Restaurant industry is cut-throat, no one gives you their respect and if you want any respect you have to speak up or you can happily be paid minimum wage and make good food.
Meant much more that women (and men for that matter) spend too many days just getting take-out or going to restaurants, and aren't actually spending time cooking easy healthy meals. The whole point of The F Word is to encourage people to make good meals on their own for the family. Of course the over-sensitive SJWs are going to take offense to it, but when you watch the series as a whole, you see a much deeper meaning.
it is kind of weird how women used to run the kitchen but most chefs nowadays are men not the case in my family (my mums a head chef) (dads okay but not as good as my mum) but yeah it seems the tables have kind of turned

Definitely is, it wouldn’t be fun for the master chef to win every single time, or at least most of the time. You can tell during tasting sessions that they may favor one but the other wins. The trade off of seeing him lose is very worth me knowing it’s not real.

There is something so mesmerizing about watching people do things they are truly passionate about. I think that's why I like Gordon. His screaming and yelling actually annoys me a little-- it's actually his fun/passionate/enthusiastic side that really draws me in and makes me a fan of him. I can't wait to one day get a chance to try his cooking.

Chef hands go through a lot, you're hands are pretty tough especially after burning it on a pan and having to still work through the rush as a newbie. Pasta should be only on a small boil, you want to bring it to al dente and finish in the oven. The real reason is he's more of a man than us.
I work as the grill chef in a restaurant called the clock and little pops of grease used to make me swear and after 2 months of cooking i can grab still cooking burger patties and chicken straight off the grill if need be it truly is an amazing thing being able to accustom yourself to something that would make somone else scream in pain
