I connected my HHO generator output to fuel line that went to fuel tank. Then I took a peice of cardboard and covered air intake by 50%. This allowed for the correct fuel to air ratio. The engine governor will maintain proper RPM’s for your Frequency 60hz =3600 Rpm in US. My generator runs for many hours on a gallon of water mixture. My HHO Generator draws about 12 amps. I have a 960 amp battery hooked to a 30 amp battery charger that is plugged into generator that maintains battery charge level. The battery charger only draws 210 watts from the 4kw generator. I used dual water filter assembly to build HHO generator, one is HHO generator and the other filter case is water bubbler. Both are mounted on top of 4kw generator where the fuel tank used to be. Battery and charger are also mounted in same box on top. I use it to run my camper when I go boon-docking. I have run generator for 4 days straight. I added a extra tank for water and electrolyte as needed so I don’t have to get up in middle of night. I’m in the process of building a bigger HHO generator for a 10kw generator for my house.
That is really awesome to hear!! You have motivated me to continue on this project when load shedding isn't too hectic here in south africa. Thanks so much for your comment. Really appreciate it.
So 12Vx12A=144watts. You say the battery charger pulls 210watts from generator. So that is an efficiency of 145% after everything. But the generator should be around 50% efficiency max. So that means you will be generating around 420watts worth of HHO using 144watts of electrical power from the battery. So your claiming to literally run your engine on water. That is what your saying right ?
Saludos y gracias x sus comentarios.le pregunto alguna vez a podido medir con un amperímetro el máximo de amperes utilizado solo con hidrógeno? Estoy en comienzo de hacer lo mismo y me ayudó su comentario, gracias.
Hook the HHO line to the carburetor fuel line and restrict the intake by half like that guy in Spain did. There you have throttle control. One third of the gas in free oxygen so the engine does not need to breathe as much atmosphere. So don't forget to half way block the intake.
I think you need more HHO gas, I think you can get more out of this by using more amps and make the bubbler smaller, and use a smaller gas powered engine so you can easily troubleshoot.
I built one like this. Cut my fuel bill in half. A 9 cell generator. Swapped out the 304 with 316 as it tarnished quickly. I used Epsom salts for conductivity. Been toying with the idea of running my gennie as well 👌
So long as you are just toying with the idea all will be good. When you start trying to run a generator on a theoretically over parity device(free energy) the reality will dawn that it is all nonsense.
@@howardosborne8647 you misunderstand. this has NOTHING to do with perpetual motion. an AC unit makes more btu cooling than the power it uses. this is simply a matter of how efficent the HHO making process is. BUT... that doesn't mean this guy's setup works...
Have you done any follow up on your generator @Your Workshop Mate, Eishkom is planning a 975% electricity hike in the next five years. I’ll be looking to running a full time HHO genset, and seeing how to upscale it.
Just completed the break-in period and so far the unit is operating perfectly ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxOTeIs0vv4_9B5hsmnLsk9r930uDQLu_Y . I was amazed by just how quiet this little guy is. I kept having to walk down the driveway to the generator to make sure it was still running. In fact, the most annoying noise coming from the set-up is a high-pitched chirping coming from the pressure regulator on the propane line. I suppose it's possible my other propane-powered generator's pressure regulator is making the same noise, but the generator itself is so loud I've never noticed it. Build quality so far is excellent. My only nit is the service panel is a little tricky to remove. I feel like I might break off one of the plastic tabs when bending it back. I probably just need to work out the technique, so will not hold it against Champion.Next week I intend to fully load the unit to charge a large battery pack and will update this review if there's any problem (3000W continuous load vs a rated 3100W capacity while using propane). Absent any trouble there, I'm 100% pleased with this purchase.
IF you do not change your ignition timing then AT BEST the engine will run roughly. The problem vs gasoline is that hydrogen needs to be lit later in the engine cycle. It takes a long time for gasoline to completely burn which is why the spark is initiated much earlier. Hydrogen burns in a fraction of the time so what happens is max cylinder pressure is reached prior to the piston reaching TDC thus if there is not enough momentum to keep the engine rotating the engine is stopped due to pressure. The spark timing of a petrol engine is 10 degrees or so prior to TDC whereas you need to light the mixture at TDC.
hydrogen has a faster flame speed than gasoline, diesel etc. ignition timing has to be changed closer to TDC, plus a carburetor is not needed, you have to change the fuel delivery system to a cng or lpg type setup.
Is the genertor a 2 stroke or 4 stroke. Lubricating oil is normally added with the fuel. I cant see hydrogen alone providing enough lubrication in the long run. 4 stroke engine should work.
If you build a hydrogen cell with neutral plates, one side of a neutral plate will only produce hydrogen, the other side of the neutral cell will only produce oxygen. If you do that setup for the plates you can then build gaskets with separated ports - one direction pure oxygen - the other side of the cell Hydrogen only. Then you could run straight hydrogen into the generator. Also if you get a couple of powerful magnets and put them on each side of the hydrogen cell plates - the extra magnetic electric current will boost production of the cell.
Idea: Quit trying to make the generator make its own hydrogen while running… instead make the hydrogen separately using solar or wind power. Then tune the generator to run 100% on hydrogen. You’ll ideally need to compress the hydrogen into a tank, so you’d need a decent sized battery bank that is recharged with the solar/wind and DC compressor. I think this is how the energy observer is making its own hydrogen to be stored for use in its electric engine fuel cell set up.
Thanks for the video, quick point, did you know, you can buy a triple fuel carburettor, for most generators motors, from Chinese manufacturers sites, which I won't mention, as I will be deleted for commercial content, that allows you to run unleaded petrol, LPG and Natural Gas. The Natural Gas ability is the pest, since it is low pressure and would suit brown gas or hydrogen. With your current setup, connect everything up as you had it, restrict your intake to 50%, and add a valve on your gas hose going to the generator and allow your hydrogen generator to build up a little gas pressure against the gas production and water pressure, before turning the tap on, then, before attempting to start the engine, open the valve slightly to release a constant flow of gas.
Thanks For your comment. I'll definitely try this in the near future. But with the current load shedding we have in South Africa I will experiment on my generator when the crisis subsides. 🙂
I commend your efforts, I am saddened to learn that this seems to be the case I wanted to get into this over a decade ago but never did and forgot about it but now living off grid and just getting a well installed on my property I started thinking what if I used my well water to power my generator as I have solar and batteries but it seems you will never be a net positive if I used my batteries from my solar to start the machine then run the generator off the gas produced idk if that makes sense but thanks for your video
With my battery charger hooked to 4kw generator, I have around 3790 watts. The manufacturer says at 50% load it will use 1.5 gallons of gas in 10 hours. At 50% load of HHO, It uses around 1.5 liters HHO/ min. I still have 2kw of power left. I did put a 3200 watt load on generator for 1 hour. To get 10 hours using more than 50% load I will need around 3.5 gallons of water and electrolyte. Still working on lower amp draw on battery.
Hi Mark, thanks for your helpfull comments! How many cc has your generator (displacement)? I´d like to know how many litres HHO/ min. I´d need for mine.
Hi Brian, thanks so much for the comment. That is a brilliant idea. I'm hoping to continue this project soon, When load shedding in South Africa subsides a bit, then I'll tend to the hho project again and I'll try your idea and let you know. Thanks again for commenting.
why dont you plug a small invertor into the generator to run an electrolyser and once the generator is started switch over to the generators electrolyser so it is self supporting.
@@merlin1346 at 100% efficiency Faraday electrolysis generates 0.0114 L/min of HHO using 1.23 watts of power. You need about 5 L/min to run the generator, which is about 540 watts of electrical power. But even at 100% Faraday efficiency, the generator is still about 25 to 50 percent efficient at converting the HHO fuel into electrical power. So you need to generate enough HHO to overcome the loss in efficiency at the generator and still have enough electrical power to keep making HHO so the battery doesn't die. So for example 135 watts from battery must generate 540 watts of HHO. If generator is 25% efficient then it will output 135 watts of electrical power which keeps generating HHO without draining the battery. But the first hard part is reaching 100% Faraday electrolysis efficiency. As the industrial method of generating hydrogen is about 60%. However if you design the elctrolyzer right I'm sure you can reach 98% efficiency. It takes 1.23 volts to start electrolysis, so each cell must only have 1.23 volts across it. Meaning if you using a 12v battery your electrolyser must have 12÷1.23=9.75 ,approximately 9 or 10 cells in series. The cell gap can be 1 to 2 mm depending on the electrolyte concentration. Dry cells are more efficient than wet cells. The only method I know off that exceeds Faraday electrolysis is Voltrolysis. A method made public by Stanley Mayer in the 1980's but is now rapped up in psuodo science. The method uses a large inductor that resonates with the elctrolyzer(acting as a capacitor). The resonance pulse the water molecules with high voltage resulting in an increase electric filed strength that leads to the water molecules splitting and giving up electrons which flow as current. This current is not taken from the power supply but is produced from the electrolyser itself, thus reducing the overall power consumption. Voltrolysis uses low electrolyte concentration and is said to produce efficiency of over 1700%.
We use electricity to split wateratoms to be used as hydrogen gas fuel. Why not build an engine to run directly on electricity. Shorten the process and you have less energy loss, more efficiency. Or this could be the future if we could get hydrogen from water without electrolyse. Eventually we might be able to build engines that run in sync with infinite energy surrounding us.
1. To prevent heat use a lower power setting. It will not generate as much hydregon but is safe. 2. Make another electrolysis unit and hook it up to the same gas liine. This will double the fuel to the engine. Keep making and adding more units until you create enough to run the motor unstarved, like it was on gas.
Greetings from Cape Town, I like your Flashback Arrestor... Am currently researching the topic and also plan to build an HHO powered Gennie. Some guys from Lima ( Peru) University ran a 200cc scrambler on HHO & Air. They removed the carb's float bowl and ran the HHO into the main jet housing. Not sure if the jet was modified or even removed. Been pondering if a 'Dual Fuel' carb might work & think one would also do well to retard the ignition timing a bit coz it's prob set at 20+ Deg BTDC. Good Luck!
Hi Crypto ETHics thanks for your comment. I'll definitely look into that idea at a time when I dont need my generator too badly as for load shedding 😅. My wife was upset that I was experimenting on it. I once even flooded the carburetor with water, but luckily I managed to get it working again😅. But I'm excited about trying different ways in the future.

You're trying to match HHO production to generator consumption which is a tricky balancing act. I recommend producing and storing the gas in a tank under a controlled pressure then trying to run it from a tank with an appropriate regulator the same as you would for a propane generator.
More power to the hho for more output. I believe you need a secondary battery 12v with a 1200 amplifier and a bass controller. Try to build the system using 2 whisp with stainless steel scrub pads. I was thinking about using 2 aquarium air pumps for each aniod, since water is a good insulater and might help with bubble decapitation in the electrolysis process and create more pressure and cooling. This is my theory.

Awesome! Thanks for commenting Jason I'll definitely try that method one day when load shedding isn't too bad, as I need my generator at the moment. My wife was so worried that i was going to damage the generator when i made that video 🤪😆
To make it work you have to have the carburetor choke off half way with a piece of card board. Take off the air filter cover half with a piece of cardboard in there and put the air filter back on and run it. It can only run on the HHO gas if it is choked off.
@ No I just cut out a piece of cardboard and had to move it around to hit the sweet spot where it was the right amount of air to fuel ratio for the Browns gas to work.
Try a Smaller Jet nozzle in Carb. Seal off Carb, completely, cause enough Oxygen is Present from Electrolysis device. See's that you need about 1-1.5 Liter's per minute to get that size engine to fire steady. I had these issue's in my experiment's. Also, what's your PWM value's? You need about min 4 Amp's 12 Volt's, to get enough gas for engine that size. Good luck with getting your Generator running in Self fueling mode, cause it can be done..
Thanks for your comment and motivation. I'll definitely try your method once load shedding has subsided a bit here in South Africa. My amps in the primary coil is 4 amps and the secondary coil is 50amps secondary coil the voltage is 14v. My measurement LPM is just under 2.5L

Your HHO gas output needs to be collected in a tank and the volume of output needs to be about 2 litres of gas per minute per 100cc. At this rate if your generator engine is about 250 cc.... You will need to produce 5 litres of HHO gas per minute. This can happen by increasing amp output as well as increasing the wattage while keeping voltage at around 6v.
The timing in the carby will have to be adjusted for the hydrogen as it has higher combustion, therefore you won't be able to use the petrol and switch the hydrogen. If I could suggest maybe add another hydrogen cell to increase the fuel capacity and give that a go.
Maybe a pressurized sub tank with a regulator to the valve that you made keeping the hydrogen pressurize may cause it to get to the Pistons quick idk just thought not a scientist or anything
You need to inject a mist of water in your carburator because hydrogen burn faster then gaz and the mist will help the timing of the engine, or the water in your HHO machine needs to be at minimum 50 celcius to max 75 celcius so the mist do it by it self.
You need a gas control in front of the carbonator. This is a very cool setup. Please send me your contact details and we can exchange ideas. I am sure I can help you make this work
Check the experimenting BMW did with a V10 on ambient pressure hydrogen back in the 2000s 2010s. Bottom line, HHO gas will supply abouut 1/3 the power of gasoline at ambient pressure. If you want full power, you have to presurize the hydrogen to get more energy density. That is WHY this technology has not taken off. Presurizing Hydrogen is a costly endeavor in every way.
USE A SMALLER HOSE FEEDING INTO THE FUEL LINE! 1/4 inside diameter should be fine. AND KEEP THE LENGTHS SHORT! You don't want the hho having to travel 10 feet before arriving at the engine. Keep it under a foot or less.
Hydrogen implodes. It does not explode. If you put water vapor/fog in with it, the hydrogen combustion creates flash steam. Patrick J. Kelly has some good info on water powered generators.
@@yourworkshopmate372 Water powered generators are totally doable. I'm researching the cheapest and easiest solutions right now. You are welcome to join my online discussion group (can't put it here because of spam filters).
Hydrogen cannot and will not combust on hydrogen itself. All combustible gasses must have OXYGEN to be burn and combust. On the from of your carbs I noticed you closed off you oxygen air intake as u inserted the hose. Hydrogen will not combust with out oxygen so if there isn't any oxygen getting in the carbs going into the chambers hydrogen will not combust. Maybe I'm wrong bit it sure appeared u closed off the front of that carb as u inserted the hose so how can oxygen get in?
You need more plates and more water. Use distilled with just a little potassium hydroxide. And use stainless steel 304. The water's quality affect the amperage problem/ require more energy problem. YOU MUST USE DISTILLED, and keep minerals away. They lower the waters resistance. I read somewhere that the best water was ocean water. Im going to be buying a 3000 watt and do away with the utility company. They're raising rates by 75% here in Cali and solar energy is not reliable enough. Cloudy days. Rain. Get a spare too. And power everything from water.

There is not enough hho!!! You need to charge the water and use solar panels to run it during the day!!! Use a 6 tube cell to charge water at 12v runing all day. Use mo electrolyte. The use the water of the actual system and conect it to carburator. Problem is you have explosion but nothing but air to expand steam actually expands more just lower the ammound of water consumed or used!!!
Personally, I would never use HHO directly to the engine. We all know it's a equal mix of hydrogen and oxygen which is an explosive combination. It's probably not healthy for the engine to have an explosive mix anyway. If I were to experiment with this technology, i'd separate the hydrogen and oxygen, and use hydrogen exclusively.
@@yourworkshopmate372 FYI: If you want efficiency and higher yield of hydrogen, you can use the following components: 1. Use graphite plates instead of stainless steel 2. If you use stainless steel, sand the surface rough. It's all about increasinmg the surface area. 3. Use 1 Mole Potassium hydroxide instead of Baking soda.
@@WTF_BBQ thanks for the advice. I did try graphite but it seemed to oxidize quite a lot. I also tried copper using it as a cathode for the hydrogen, thinking that it wont corrode because it's not the anode, creating oxygen. But it didn't work and the copper turned black. But perhaps I didnt use the correct graphite. The graphite plates had a thin stainless reinforced mesh. I think the graphite was pressed.
@@yourworkshopmate372 Water will start to split into hydrogen and oxygen around 1.8 - 2.0 volts. Most people will crank the voltage up to 12v which will definitely tear up your plates and produce excess heat and steam. They mitigate this by putting appropriate number of Neutral plates in between the Pos and Neg active plates which will divide the voltages to 2.0 per plate. My guess is that your voltage was too high with only 2 plates. The graphite will definitely tear itself into little flakes usually around 10v. This will also oxidize your stainless steel faster. I used to experiment with batteries and super capacitors. I see these problems a lot.
@@WTF_BBQ Thanks for your advise. I made a dry cell with with about 40 plates. You can check it out in one of my other videos. But I think, I am doing something wrong because I see other dry cells that produce way more using only about 35amps. My cell produces about 2.5Ltrs about 50amps.
You should also remember that the burn time of hydrogen is much faster than the burn time of gasoline you would probably need to tune your machine accordingly accordingly
That being a very small motor, you probably giving it too much HHO. You need to rig up an adjustable valve inline where the HHO goes in. And a T fitting where the engine gets air with a valve to adjust that like how a choke works. The engine dying means you either way to rich with HHO, or way too lean. Also need to have a way to divert off the excess hho safely while you mess around with this.
The problem I have with hho is not making but winter weather freezing temperature..being in Southern Ontario winter can be interesting with freezing..hho is good in summer but useless for winter driving..even bringing in the hho system say inside the vehicle makes it a challenge
Dear, please do not place a plastic cover, air is required in the combustion. It needs fuel and air mixture to ignite the engine. so just stick it to the air filter cover and that's it. make sure you suck air to your combustion chamber and not only fuel.
I made this video to show that it doesnt work on hho gas. So I didnt think it was nessesary to remove the fuel line. Also I needed to start the motor then shut off the fuel line and see if it would run, which it didnt. Do you have any suggestions?
Really you have to adjust the engine timing almost to top dead center hydrogen goes much faster than gasoline gasoline is rather slow at the ignition reset the timing hopefully you can do it on that particular motor I'm sure you can just about top dead center otherwise it'll kick backwards I did this myself and I got thrown out of the United states for doing it so be careful 150
Yep you need to be making high-quality HHO that is the biggest problem of everybody is doing an industry you're making more steam than high-quality done multimillion-dollar lab testing in California.
I ran mine into the breather however you need to get it just the right distance away I guess I should say that I took the breather off but whenever I put it inside of it it wouldn't ruin I had to back off of the hole a little bit it was like it was flooding but when I got it just write it ran like a champ
If your try is true on this video, why not adopt HHO. some use kerosene, others fuel oil, others gasoline or HHO, as long as it starts the engine. you haven't tried it with electricity to see the intensity it will produce. my question is what it would look like on a 50 hp outboard motor.
Hi Herman, I tried it with electricity from the mains plug point and it didn't work. It produces the same amount of hho as when plugged into the generator. So I tried it with a load (plugged into the generator) and without the load (plugged into the mains) thanks for you comment.
@@hermanvandherlek8769 Hi Herman, hho gas can definitely start and power an engine. But there are issues which I need to investigate further. As I've seen on other you tube videos they are able to run cars off a hho generator my size. So I decided to put it to the test. Either I'm doing something completely wrong (which I'm doing more research on) or those other youtubers wernt truthful. As you can hear in the video, the engines RPM seem to increase just before it shuts off. So I'm still investigating what I need to do. Hho is definitely a powerful fuel that harnessed and administered correctly into a combustion engine can work well.
okay first off you need more production. You need alot of hho to even make it idle. Creating enough gas is the easier part of this. The hardest part is adjusting the timing on one of these type engines. You will have to retard timing to fire the engine at bottom dead center. I know that sounds crazy but hho combustion is an implosion not an explosion. It will literally suck the piston up so hard that the end cap will come off the rod. I have done this many many times before I realized what was happening. I was unable to keep rod caps on honda or briggs engines. Then there is the waste spark problem. This will backfire and blow your shit up real fast. You must devise a way to kill the waste spark so the plug only fires at BDC. Conventional engine ignition fires the plug on every cycle or stroke. Then you gotta deal with the air fuel ratio problem. If you read this far then good for you. hit me up for more info.
Thanks for your comment. Yes I think I'll do that. I'm also going to make an hho gas generator that separates the hydrogen and oxygen. I'm hoping that will help a little aswell. I'll test your theory and mine on a smaller engine too.
@@yourworkshopmate372 Yeah I spent years working on this same thing. It will work if you put the coil on a bracket that will allow you to adjust the timing like 180 degs. The engines are just not designed for power on the up stroke. To this right you need a engine that has no intake valve. Or maybe grind the lobe off the cam so that the valve never opens. then install a fuel injector that introduces the hho at just the right time. Its all about the timing. gotta fire it just after bdc. or if your mixing with atmosphere just after tdc but before the exhaust valve opens. You can use another coil on the braket that triggers a relay that will kill the spark so no more back flash. Stan Meyer had the right idea with a water spark plug. The design is a modified magnetron using resonant cavity to produce rf in the water. Thing looked llike a diesel fuel injector. Imagine that. Im sure stan encountered the same issues as I did which led to his optical ignition pickup etc etc. Key here is its an implosion... When it fires it creates an implosion. Same as when we hear thunder. The lightning bolt ignites the air turning to plasma and creating a void in the space time. This void collapses with the force of the universe and hence we hear the thunder. The boom is not the explosion, Its the collapse of the void slamming into itself. Kinda like a star when it blows up and creates a black hole. I could go on and on. Its nice to see someone else at least trying to figure this out. Good luck my friend the world needs more people like yourself. Keep up the good work!
Try geet reactors next!! They dont work either but are super cool to play with! (okay they kinda work) but whole different set challenges. Mine ran on anything from ketchup to mountain dew.. But it loved floor dry the most. Ha Ha yeah the shit I swept off the floor in my dads shop. oil soaked dirty nasty floor dry. Thing would run for days on that shit!
eventually your efforts will lead you to the past. Steam engines. Yep. Good luck finding one of those. Thats the real conspiracy. Why dont they have those available to buy??? Because they work. And the fuel can be anything that burns.
12 amps at 12v that's only about 1.5L per min. With a 96cc engine u have there u need at least 3L per min.. also with that charger running the battery ur losing even more energy then ur making . If anything it's slowing the discharge of the battery. If the battery is 960 amp hr battery it be HUGE. You make have a 960 crank amp battery. That could be a 12v 35ah battery. It won't run for days at a time. Do a time lapse video
You need more HHO going in try using a balloon 🎈 let it fill up then open valve that's going to carb the pressure will force the HHO in and start motor
Yes I thought about that but the hho gas is to unstable and explosive. So I'm making a hho dry cell that separates the hydrogen and oxygen. Then I'll use only the hydrogen.
I connected my HHO generator output to fuel line that went to fuel tank. Then I took a peice of cardboard and covered air intake by 50%. This allowed for the correct fuel to air ratio. The engine governor will maintain proper RPM’s for your Frequency 60hz

Interesting... I wish you could show us some videos of your set up. Exploring HHO for electricity generation is really tempting.

So long as you are just toying with the idea all will be good. When you start trying to run a generator on a theoretically over parity device(free energy) the reality will dawn that it is all nonsense.

Stan meyer said you can modify the burn rate of hho by adding non combustible gases like using an EGR
hydrogen has a faster flame speed than gasoline, diesel etc. ignition timing has to be changed closer to TDC, plus a carburetor is not needed, you have to change the fuel delivery system to a cng or lpg type setup.
Stan Meyer said the burn rate can be reduced by adding non combustible gases. This can be achieved by adding an EGR to the system.
Thank you for your comment. Yes I think I'll have to do that.

That single-hole you have going into the carburetor in that piece of clear PVC you need a second hole so you can regulate air as much as fuel
why dont you plug a small invertor into the generator to run an electrolyser and once the generator is started switch over to the generators electrolyser so it is self supporting.
Will only work if you generate HHO gas greater than 100% efficiency. You will need about 400% efficiency to make it self running
@@raloed.363 then others on youtube must have achieved 400% because they have shown them running, What is the 400% based on?
Good job
1. To prevent heat use a lower power setting. It will not generate as much hydregon but is safe.
2. Make another electrolysis unit and hook it up to the same gas liine. This will double the fuel to the engine. Keep making and adding more units until you create enough to run the motor unstarved, like it was on gas.
interesting solution
simply great
Greetings from Cape Town, I like your Flashback Arrestor... Am currently researching the topic and also plan to build an HHO powered Gennie.

To make it work you have to have the carburetor choke off half way with a piece of card board. Take off the air filter cover half with a piece of cardboard in there and put the air filter back on and run it. It can only run on the HHO gas if it is choked off.

Get a 2 wheeler gas conversion kit. Fit the setup to the carburettor. It will work.
@@joeldsouza4860but you also have to change ignition timing or?
The timing in the carby will have to be adjusted for the hydrogen as it has higher combustion, therefore you won't be able to use the petrol and switch the hydrogen. If I could suggest maybe add another hydrogen cell to increase the fuel capacity and give that a go.
I going to try a propane kit but use hydrogen. Im hoping I can adjust/modify mixer to get the proper amount of hydrogen/air fuel ratio.
Maybe try a large reservoir before it’s hooked to the generator to give you more volume?🤷🏼♂️
Is the problem too much oxygen going into the engine?
Maybe a pressurized sub tank with a regulator to the valve that you made keeping the hydrogen pressurize may cause it to get to the Pistons quick idk just thought not a scientist or anything

how about reduce the hose size at the intake, its like hose just dumping it out but you put your finger over it and voila you, a stream.
You need to inject a mist of water in your carburator because hydrogen burn faster then gaz and the mist will help the timing of the engine, or the water in your HHO machine needs to be at minimum 50 celcius to max 75 celcius so the mist do it by it self.

Yes, and it's been proven that you can run a combustion engine on just fumes.
What was that noise was it supposed to be music ?
It is all about air to fuel mixture. Try to allow air in and control the amount of it. As it is setup now you ate suffocating the engine.
What did you use for electrode and electrolyte?
316 stainless & Epsom salts

Personally, I would never use HHO directly to the engine. We all know it's a equal mix of hydrogen and oxygen which is an explosive combination. It's probably not healthy for the engine to have an explosive mix anyway. If I were to experiment with this technology, i'd separate the hydrogen and oxygen, and use hydrogen exclusively.
Thanks for the comment. I thought about that, only afterwards 😬. Will definitely try this.

1. Use graphite plates instead of stainless steel

Water will start to split into hydrogen and oxygen around 1.8 - 2.0 volts.
Are you using just H?
The problem I have with hho is not making but winter weather freezing temperature..being in Southern Ontario winter can be interesting with freezing..hho is good in summer but useless for winter driving..even bringing in the hho system say inside the vehicle makes it a challenge

you have to play with the timing on the engine
Not enough gas…bigger gas generator needed.
okay first off you need more production.
@@signalspy thanks for the interesting comment. I'll definitely look into your info.
12 amps at 12v that's only about 1.5L per min. With a 96cc engine u have there u need at least 3L per min.. also with that charger running the battery ur losing even more energy then ur making
. If anything it's slowing the discharge of the battery. If the battery is 960 amp hr battery it be HUGE. You make have a 960 crank amp battery. That could be a 12v 35ah battery. It won't run for days at a time. Do a time lapse video
you have to set the timing to tdc
You need more HHO going in try using a balloon 🎈 let it fill up then open valve that's going to carb the pressure will force the HHO in and start motor
When coupling the hydrogen directly to the carburator, all the hydrogen is sucked out of the hydrogen generator on first intake stroke..
I ain't no scientist or anything but that flame looked way too dirty to run anything
If you take a balloon filled with hydrogen then do that way if I run that just fine because it needs more pressure.
Yes I thought about that but the hho gas is to unstable and explosive. So I'm making a hho dry cell that separates the hydrogen and oxygen. Then I'll use only the hydrogen.
