I have this one on my AR-10 Springfield Saint Victor. 308. It is the perfect optic at a great price. You can pick it up at your favorite store for $150. Every thing about the product is well designed and functional. One thing that you should know is when installing the throw lever be cautious as alone it's very susceptible to damage. Once installed it's very very durable. I put mine at the 3 position to get an even throw left to right right to left. The illumination is awesome and three choices green red and black. Black is the reticle not actually illuminated. If you have the need or desire pick it up.
Honestly fire field is very underrated. I have had 3 of their products and love all of them. Just got this today, and a few meme bees of my family thought this was a 400-500 dollar scope for the glass and mount
*Cantilever (not cannelure) mount. That aside, I like the presentation. I don't care for videos that have a bunch of excessive hype and over-enthusiasm. Subscribed, and I'm off to order this optic.
it is still a great optic! for the money depending on your intended use it does very well. it currently sits on my Ruger Ranch 350 Legend for deer hunting in the state of Ohio. it is obvious after extended field use that the glass is NOT the quality of higher end budget options like vortex and arkens. but for a ready to use LPVO to get you in the game i would still recommend it!
Got a budget firefield red dot with projection laser on my AR 12 and I’m honestly not disappointed at all. Compares great to my 200 sig Romeo and my 200 vortex strike fire and it was only 80 bucks.
can you explain the return to zero and the doping part? are you trying to say that after i zero my rifle i can make that my zero and not the zero from factory? sorry newbie here
for what the optic is i would say the eye box is suitable possibly a bit on the short side. definitely not the biggest nor smallest of optics i have used and own.
Looking at pictures its hard to tell of the receiver is dove tailed. If it is than it possibly could with the addition of dovetail 30mm rings. But out of the box, no. Additional parts would be required
@@BigTee3099 I got the sig tango MSR I ended up finding it for wholesale price from a place up North. $311 for a 1-8x but I had to wait a month for it to ship.
I've had one for a little over two years. It is outstanding
Will it work for 300 blackout

Just bought the fire field 1-6 and it an awesome budget lpvo and just got the 1-4 today
Now that its been a year what do you think i would love your opinion since you own and use high end optics as well thanks for your review

No follow up range review ?
Good video man.
I have the holes in the throw lever sighted in a 12, 3, and 9. Haven't test fired yet. But appears they can be used
Its.at least 230 right now. My uncle has 1 i shot through it with his umerex n it good.
Thinking of getting one for my rf15
I have one it’s crisp
Agreed!
Do you think this could be installed on a muzzleloader?
is it tilted a little bit to the side in the mount or is it supposed to be that way ?

I just came across this video and I have the same question
Correct
Will this optic hold on a 12 gauge?
man that is a goood scope... I regret selling it... ffs
I had one, it lasted almost 20 rounds before the recital broke loose and would move free inside the scope.
What were you shooting?

What are the torque specs for the tube and torque for mounting to firearm? Anyone know? They manual doesn’t say.
it can vary by mfg and optic design, but on avg 18-25 InLb is sufficient
Good review. Do you think it will work with Ruger PC 9mm carbine?
I can confirm it does and will. The cheek weld is a bit high for most people. But proved to work well overall on the rifle.
Wonder how it would hold up on a 308
I am currently fielding it on my 350 Legend bolt gun holding up well 50-60 rounds later making engagements out to 200yrds with ease
@@blackswampoutdoors4850 love the 350 haven't made a 200 yard shot with it yet tho
How big or small is the eye box? Is it too short?

Does anyone know if this could be mounted on a rock island M14y

I’m in between this scope and the tango MSR big sig Sauer🥲
bro me too, what did you decide on?
Which did you choose? I'm kinda leaning towards the Sig Sauer Tango but I may get both!! LOL
