Run time: 6:44 Shown is Big Chief Percy "Pete" Lewis of the Black Eagles, wearing red, with members of his tribe including a queen. Some of the footage was shot inside while most is on street at night. Many Mardi Gras Indians are seen but are unidentified. Tootie Montana is tentatively identified, wearing a light green suit with a face as the centerpiece of his head dress.
