Sir, I think my hairloss is due to DHT. I consulted a dermatologist, she prescribe me to use minoxidil lotion and Wellman hairfollic tablet. I used it for two month, initially it was very effective. My hair became strong and thick but after that hairfall rate increases very rapidly. I think some patchy baldness occurred due to to minoxidil. I stopped using it. Sir what can I do for effective result☺️☺️

One thing I would like to share about myself, I was suffering with severe jaundice for 3 consecutive years during my early teenage and had plenty of allopathy medicines. I had really good thick and waivy hair earlier. Over the years it started falling off and hairline receded. Do you think this could also be one of the factors for my hair loss?

नमस्कार सर,
सर मेरी उम्र 26 साल है।
साल 2017 में मुझे रीढ़ का tb हुआ था जिसके कारण मुझे फरवरी 2019 तक बेड रिडन रहना पड़ा।
मैंने 3 साल काफी दवाईयां खाई हैं। मई 2020 में tb का कोर्स पूरा हुआ था।
फिलहाल दवाएं बन्द हैं सभी।
सर मेरी समस्या यह है कि मुझे इन हेल्थ इश्यूज के चलते बहुत ज्यादा हेयर फॉल होने लगे हैं। 2017 तक मेरे बाल बहुत सुंदर थे, ऑलमोस्ट 2 फुट लंबे, घने सिल्की और काले।
मगर एब्सोल्यूट बेड रेस्ट की शुरुआत में मुझे बाल कटवाने पड़े। तब से फिर बालों की स्थिति ही बिगड़ने लगी। हेयर फॉल बहुत होने लगा, बालों की ग्रोथ रुक गयी, बाल सफेद होने लगे, बाल बहुत रूखे बेजान से हो गए बहुत फूले फूले से।
जबकि मेरा लाइफस्टाइल अच्छा है अभी। नींद पूरी लेती हूं, खाने में दूध फल सब्जियां नट्स सभी कुछ प्रयोग करती हूं।
