Really enjoyed the video! I recognize some of these plants from South Florida also. Amazing! Great information that I can pass on to friends & family. Please go back & explain or show how each is used for those of us non-Jamaicans! I remember some of these herbs, like the castor oil, the peppermint, the breadfruit, and hibiscus, spearmint, etc., growing up as one of my aunts was a nurse, and she was privy to some of these herbs, & weeds for medicinal purposes. She used some to make hair tonic for us too.

I recognize many of these herbs, but I didn't know the name and uses of them. We have over 50 of them here in Belize, but because we don't know their names, we call them wild bush or poisonous bush and remove them from our yard. Thanks to you guys I now know how much healing herbs are growing in my backyard. I hope you can one day make a video on how to prepare them for healing.

One of the herbs that is extinct in our area is the "fresh cut". You get a cut, wash this herbs and beat it and tied it to the cut. This herb would heal the cut fast. Thank God for our herbs!!! Refreshing and informative!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I love this channel, I'm learning something new everyday. The bush cabbage, here in the United States we call it callard greens. I've never seen a vanilla plant in person or on television, that's my very first time I actually seen the plant.
