  • 2 Michelin star chef José Avillez creates two recipes that showcase the style of food served at the award winning Portuguese restaurant Belcanto. The first recipe is red shrimps with rosemary ashes featuring stunning large red shrimps from Portugal’s south coast. The second is an elevated pheasant dish and Portuguese style “Pot au feu” recipe with coal roasted cozido (Portuguese pot-au-feu) and cabbage with jowl.
