Milk Kefir Processing

We have been doing (making and consuming) Milk Kefir for 14 years. For many people the process of managing and processing seems a bit daunting. However, after you have done it a few times...it is a 5 minute process.
We shot this video in our camper while on vacation in Montana. We were sharing the Kefir grains with another camper and she was a bit overwhelmed at the process (it does sound like a lot of steps...until you see it being done). So, I made this video for her and thought I would share it here.

Kathy has a good trick, with dunking the strainer in the liquid to prevent it from clogging. Smart gal.
