The goat butter tastes great! I salted it so it is a nice balance between slightly sweet and salty. Perfect on toast or pancakes. Compared to store bought cows butter, I would say that it tastes a bit sweeter and it is more creamy. I've given it to several friends and they also say that the taste is excellent.
