A few CD facts:The original Beatles CD's were released thoughout 1987 and early 1988. Only the first two albums were meant to be released in mono, but an error was made at EMI and 'A Hard Day's Night' and 'Beatles For Sale' also came out in mono. 'Help' and 'Rubber Soul' were remixed from the original multi-tracks because George Martin wasn't happy with the 1965 stereo mixes. To coincide with these CD's EMI also produced updated cassette and vinyl releases.
Hi, Brad. If I had to pick a favourite, it'd probably have to be the 2009 Magical Mystery Tour CD as it just sounds so clear and fresh, in my opinion. I think the 1980s CDs sound better than a lot of people say they do, although they are definitely not anywhere near the sound quality of LPs, of course. Thanks so much for watching, take care! : )
I have a Russian cd with the Vee Jay Introducing the Beatles and Meet the Beatles on the same Compact Disc. This Beatles CD is very good. Your collection is very good and I enjoy the remastered CDs and North American Capitol CD's very much.
Thanks, Reid. That sounds like a great CD you have there, the American CDs look really nice although I don't own any of them. I may have to give them a try one day. Thanks for watching! : )
If what you have is on the Russian CD Maxim label, with a front cover that looks like an old newspaper cover with the original artworks on top, then that's just a CD with American playing orders BUT NOT ORIGINAL US MIXES. The tracks on this CD's were merely lifted of the official 1980's CD releases, which are of course the UK mixes. If you want the original US mixes, go to jagamart.com and search for the Dr. Ebbett's Beatles releases (but not the Japan ones which are knockoffs from digital files.) The non Japan Dr. Ebbett's are all from unplayed vinyls and they sound terrific and all de--clicked.
Great collection😀👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻, Andy Hall.
New subscriber to your channel look forward to looking at some of your videos and also videos to come as well do you have the deluxe box sets?

Magical Mystery Tour on CD is a masterpiece. both in mono AND Stereo.
Great
Interesting mixture og 1987 and 2009 CDs. Your should get the 2017 remix of Sgt. Pepper.
Nice, very nice but low audio
