I wanted to squeeze in one final video for 2023 so here it is! I used one mold from Boowan Nicole (thank you!) to create multiple different candles. These can be used to make a container candle (similar to the viral Homesense Christmas tree candle) or decor pieces during the holidays.
I also want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support this past year! Your engagement, comments, likes, and shares have meant the world to me. Whether you've been with me from the beginning or joined along the way, your support has made this year truly special, and I look forward to creating more exciting content in the upcoming year. Happy Holidays!

I loved the video! I'm about to start a candle business with about $200. I maybe have more though, do you recommend me to melt my soy wax with the double pot method or a machine? Hope your business is going well btw.

Thank you! I just saw your other comment as well and I'm so excited for you to start! I'd recommend the double boiler method in the beginning because it's a cost-effective way to launch your business. Then you can upgrade to a machine for efficiency when you start seeing sales increase :) But it all depends on what you're comfortable with and how you want to manage your initial expenses. Would love to see your candle making journey! Are you in Canada?

@@joolieshome The double boiler method sounds great. I’m in the US but I’ve always wanted to go to Canada since it’s so pretty there. Why do you ask?

ok nice! If you were in Canada I was going to recommend some suppliers here that I found because we don't have many, but US has a wide range of suppliers :)

@@joolieshome Thanks for considering that! I’m mainly getting my stuff from Amazon.

I use dye chips from Amazon that I purchased when I started making candles. I've recently purchased some from candle suppliers as well, but they usually sell them as blocks by color. The amazon version is a pack of 16 colors so its nice to have the variety :)
