I forgot about the paper tree, that would be beautiful with old books too. It is lovely to go back on the older videos.
Wow how much has changed since these times, now Sharrah is going to be a Mum... it’s going to be a wonderful resource for her to revisit these DIYs with her children.

My favorite was the letter lights. :)
I love them all. The glass jars with the ornaments can be changed out seasonally. I love any diy that does not cost too much and is pretty easy to do

Ornaments are my favorite, I love gold glitter and sparkle. Paper trees are pretty also.

The ornaments are a great idea! They sell them so expensive at stores and sometimes they aren't exactly what you need. I'm considering using a gold and red theme :D

I am doing this for my high school classroom. I cleared one shelf from three of the five tall book cases for seasonal décor. I think a Christmas tree make from a book is perfect. I'm using a small songbook of Christmas carols. Thanks for the instructions!

I made a burst out of paper from old books with some paper flowers in the middle and I have lots of book page diy's in my home so those trees made out of book pages sounds awesome!! Thanks for another great idea!
I love these ideas! Thank you so much. The only thing I would change about the tree is instead of just topping it off with the ribbon and leaving it without a tip, I'd make another large white cone that would go over the very top of the roll, tape it on, then put a ribbon around it. For the bottom I'd take and spray some snow on a cut round or square piece of poster board from the dollar store and glue the bottom of the roll to it. I think that would give it a little stability, especially if you have small kids around. Thanks again!

I love the idea of the paper trees. The possibilities are endless. To add color and texture you could probably also use various Christmas wrap and even wall paper patterns. Have to try these. I have a feeling that after the 25 days of Christmas are over I'll need a bigger house. Thanks for sharing.

I loved all of them but the joy sign was something really cool. they have them at the stores but they are kind of expensive and this is a really good diy version.
