Suzanne, Thank you for sharing your journey. When I married my wife, we were basically broke but had some awesome family and friends. Other than the cost of the marriage license and the church to be married in all the other things were donated by family and friends as wedding presents. My future in-laws bought the meat and champagne for the reception that was in the rented fireman's union hall. The rest of the food was a potluck. It was the best ever reception. Those grandmas really know how to put on a feast. I would say there was about 150 friends and family at the reception. The wedding cake was made by a friend as a wedding present. The whole wedding cost about $500. As for the rings we went with simple 14 caret gold wedding bands that were very reasonably priced.
I'm sure there were many conversations about moving into farming before it actually happened. It's so awesome that you have figured out the different roles you each have and respect that each is just as important as the other. Suzanne you and your husband are amazing and come what may in the future I am quite sure that you together will be successful.
Have a great day on the homestead.

      Hi Dave,
Our marriage was extremely similar to yours! We payed for the woman who would legally marry us. We did it outdoors at a free location, with only my parents and about 20 friends. One person made a cake, my parents payed for the food afterwards. We CB payed for the rings and the woman who married us. That was it! I never even changed my last name because it would cost too much to transfer everything.
I guess if you want to marry someone, you’ll find a way, even with barely any money. It was so worth it. Sounds like it was for you as well 😊
      Have a great day!
      Suzanne

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for sharing this video and the journey of how you became a Farmer's Wife. You looked absolutely beautiful in your dress and the ring is so pretty. So sweet that your husband placed it on your finger. 💙💍💚

Hi Suzanne! I loved this video. The white dress and the jewelry are both beautiful on you. I’m glad it worked out for you both to be working together. Food doesn’t just show up in the grocery stores, there’s alot of hard work behind it!! I look Howard to your next video! ❤️

Farming is hard work. Starting a UA-cam channel at almost 65 is a hard job too. Hang in there Suzanne I'm looking forward to cooler weather. Its been so hot in Ohio.

Hard work that has paid off. Beautiful produce and micros. My favorite part....when he puts the ring on your finger and hugs you because you are his world! ❤

I’m stopping the video before finishing-my wedding ring is moisssanite too. We were married in 2015 and I wanted a large gemstone but not the diamond price tag. Moissanite was the perfect solution. I love my rings. Anyway-back to the video. 😊

I’m loving the Moissanite! It is so beautiful, and yes, so much more affordable than diamonds, but just as beautiful.
