Application for leave is submitted through clerk but leave letter not submitted to leave sanctioning authority but verbally intimated to authority. When he returned to duty after leave he noticed absent is marked in muster and SF 11 is issued. Now how to deal with the case please mention in it.

No Dies non.If you submit authentic medical document then the absent period convert to any leave due like EL,HPL.If there is no leave due then the absent period convert to Extra Ordinary Leave without salary and there is no break in service

Yes.You must inform about your new Dept that already I have given medical documents for absence period.It must be condoned.Also send letter to your old department to condone the dies non period

Actually HPL was implemented in 6th pay.Now it is replaced.According to the rule,LWP should be covered up by the subsequent HPL.You ask the Department.

what if different authority is entrusted with power to grant different kind of leaves. For example one authority is empowered only to sanction casual leave while other authority is empowered to sanction earned leave. Then who will called as leave sanctioning authority

Due to unauthorise leave,there is break in service.It means past service can not be counted.So,it adversely impact pension,gratuity and Leave at credit.It means the concern employee deprived of getting these benefits but it can be condoned through proper justification.

Up police main 2 months se anupasthit hai 7 din ki leave lene k baad se..kua action higher athority le sakti hai.. if i was medically ill

You should submit medical certificate.Then this unauthorised leave convert to EOL without pay.

Period is not counted for promotion,Seniority,continuos period for Departmental examination

If absence is due to medical grounds, will it be treated as leave without pay Or dies non?
No Dies non.If you submit authentic medical document then the absent period convert to any leave due like EL,HPL.If there is no leave due then the absent period convert to Extra Ordinary Leave without salary and there is no break in service
