    sir, mai abhi probation period me hu, aur mene 3 months exol li thi without medical certificate, exol grant vi nhi hua aur 4 month hogye duty join na kiye hue aur abhi mujhe resignation dena h , office wale bolrhe h phle charge lo phir resignation letter dena , kya mujhe resignation mil jayega na

    sir need ur help.. I texted my officer for leave in the morning 5 AM .. I asked for 8 days Earned Leave (i don't have CL in my account). He told me to come office in thr morning but I couldn't because my train time was 6 AM. He told me that He will take action against me. kindly guide me sir how to deal with such situation

    Sir if I have dies-non for two days that is on 09.03.2022(for taking leave without prior sanction of the leave sanctioning authority) and on 28.03.2022(due to strike),
    I have joined the department on 06.03.2018,
    So please tell me Sir will I able to take LTC this year of LTC block ??
    I haven't taken any HTC or LTC till date ??
    I'm a 2800gp Central government employee but I want to appear for 4600 gp job,So will my service be continued if I crack that job ??
    Will I get age relaxation for Central government jobs since I have completed 3 years of satisfactory Service ??
    Please reply Sir I'm a bit tense

      Tell me whether the two days dies-non condoned or not.If it is declared dies-non in service book then past service prior to dies-non period is forfeited.So,It affect your LTC,minimum service for Departmental examination

      Only 09.03.2022 has been considered for dies-non.
      So basically one day of dies-non.
      Will I get benefits of my previous services like el, medical leave?
      Or only one day of dies-non will impact my service in what ways ??

      ​@@AsitGovernmentRuleGuru one more If I take any government exams suppose through ssc cgl where a general candidate get age relaxation of upto 40 years if he has rendered service continuously for more 3 years.
      So in my case I have rendered services for more than 5 years.
      So will it get that age relaxation for central government group c post??

    Sir railway technician post pr joining lekar 4-5 din bad without leave 4-5 mahine k liye absent ho gaye to service se bahar to nhi krenge . Fir duty aane ke. Liye absent ka jawab kese or kis reason pe de jisse nokri khatre me na rahe

      You should submit medical certificate.Then this unauthorised leave convert to EOL without pay.

    Application for leave is submitted through clerk but leave letter not submitted to leave sanctioning authority but verbally intimated to authority. When he returned to duty after leave he noticed absent is marked in muster and SF 11 is issued. Now how to deal with the case please mention in it.

      Period is not counted for promotion,Seniority,continuos period for Departmental examination

Should I need to get permission from the govt or my appointing authority(Director of the department) is competent enough to appoint me after 6 months. Please clear my doubt.Thank you.

    Mein national library mein 5 saal mts pein kam karta tha.. mujhe Postal assistant mila hain... Uska inhouse training order mujhe 13th nov 2023 se diya tha.. lekin maine extension liye the 15 din ka through mail..maine technical resignation 23th nov 2023 ko diye the aur 24th nov 2023 ko joining karne gaya tha.. lekin post office ka superintendent usdin office mein available na hone ke waja se mujhe next working day 28th nov 2023 ko joining issue kiya..25th,26th,27th nov. Holiday tha. Mera dono office same station hain... To isme mera gap 4din ka ho gaya hain... Isko kyase make up karu? Plz help sir...isme mera kya break in service ho jayga? Maine 24th nov ko jab joining kar ne gayi thi tab meine usdin jo attend kiye the uske receive copy rakhli...plz sir reply

      No Dies non.If you submit authentic medical document then the absent period convert to any leave due like EL,HPL.If there is no leave due then the absent period convert to Extra Ordinary Leave without salary and there is no break in service

      @@AsitGovernmentRuleGuru So in case of EOL it is not counted as break in service because in my case i have a EOL of 49 days so my work experience is 2 years. So from my experience these 49 days will be deducted or not please reply

    Sir in January 7 to 9 in 2019 I am unauthorised absence showing but I have given medical certificate for my illness and original documents have been submitted to department now after taking technical resignation i joined new department and my new department issue letter asking for my service Book but my old department saying that 3 days will be treated as dies non but I have hpl of 78 days around and I have already joined my new department 2 months service also completed here is there any problem occurs if they dies non me for 3 days in new department and also tell me if they deduct from my hpl is their any problem for them in paying me amount of 3 days and can I apply in my new job for TTA already completed 6 yrs in previous department job

      Yes.You must inform about your new Dept that already I have given medical documents for absence period.It must be condoned.Also send letter to your old department to condone the dies non period

    Sir ji mere father k joining 1981 k h wo 1987 ,1988 wo bahut jada LWP huwe h . July 2022 m retirement h . Unka basic pay ko November2021 m 49000 se December 2021 m 46200 kr diya gaya hai yeh bol kr ki apka LWP karna pay ko recast kiya gaya h.kya aisa v hota hai

      Actually HPL was implemented in 6th pay.Now it is replaced.According to the rule,LWP should be covered up by the subsequent HPL.You ask the Department.

    I have one day of dies-non i.e. on 09.03.2022
    Please tell
    1.Will my service prior to 09.03.2022 be forfeited?
    2.From when can I take LTC for the any next block ?
    3. Its effect on gratuity and on the pension though I come under NPS ?
    4. To become inspector department requires eight of service, my joining date is 06.03.2018 so with this one day of dies-non when will I be eligible for the exam of inspector?

    what if different authority is entrusted with power to grant different kind of leaves. For example one authority is empowered only to sanction casual leave while other authority is empowered to sanction earned leave. Then who will called as leave sanctioning authority

      No.You go and join with Medical Certificate.This period declared as Extra Ordinary Leave without pay

      Due to unauthorise leave,there is break in service.It means past service can not be counted.So,it adversely impact pension,gratuity and Leave at credit.It means the concern employee deprived of getting these benefits but it can be condoned through proper justification.

    Hello sir, मैं अभी केंद्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग में एलडीसी के पोस्ट पे कार्यरत हूं। मैने पिछले मंथ 16 दिनों की छुट्टी ली थी जो की विभाग द्वारा approve किया गया था। लेकिन उसके बाद मैं बीमार हो गया था जिसके वजह से मैं ऑफिस ज्वाइन नही कर पाया। मैने मेडिकल सेरिफिकेट दिया लेकिन वह gov rule के according nhi था जिसके कारण मुझसे clarification मांगा गया है। मैने clarification ke साथ ही department से माफ़ी भी मांग ली है लेकिन वो मुझे 41days के लिए dies non करने वाले है। मेरी वर्तमान में अपने स्टेट gov की जॉब के लिए भी फाइनल चयन हो गया है जिसके वजह से मैं रिजाइन करने वाला हूं। मेरा सवाल यह है की क्या मुझे अपनी नई जॉब में कोई परेशानी हो सकती है।
