qns 19- Rule 6 (2) provides that suspended officer shall have option to decide if he wishes to contribute..if he willings then emoluments shall be as per his subsistnece allowance

Pl check - Question 11. minimum 10 years under NPS for partial withdrawal (PFRDA.2016/7/EXIT Dated 21.03.2016). Question 11 during suspension contribution can be made, Question No 25. total corpus 2.5 lakh or less can avail complete withdrawal. Question 28. total corpus 5 lakh or less can avail complete withdrawal.

Sir in Q num 5 contribution of employer is also 10 %of basic plus DA I am a govt ee nd m getting this much....and 14% was the proposal which is not implemented till now due to covid.
From April1,2019,contribution 14% by employer is already implemented

Sir at the superannuation time,the NPS Subscriber is to eligible to withdraw maximum 60% of pension wealth and mandatory or minimum investment on annuity share is 40% but the subscriber can defer both.Investment on annuity share can be deferred for maximum 3 years and lumpsum withdrawal can defer upto 70 years

Hello Sir,
Please review Q.No. 7, as per SWAMY'S HANDBOOK contribution to NPS includes BASIC+DA and not any other Allowance.
So NPA shall not be taken into account for working out Contribution.
Please check and clear the confusion.
NPA is included in basic in the case of Calculating Gratuity.
For medical consultants Non Practising Allowance included with BP and DA for calculation of NPS contribution
