@@aidenhollenbeck2682 I believe the plans were obtainable from gifts. I don't have the plans but if you ask, someone will be more than happy to place them at your camp. Someone placed 4 in mine :)
A crafting recipe to clean out the bots is the Marine Tactical Helmet. Costs 3 rubber, 1 glass, and 1 cloth and sells for 31 caps. Craft about 35 and with Super Duper you’ll have enough for your daily allotment, or just craft enough to finish off the vendors.
If you want an easy cap and craft item go with the Insurgent hat.It is only 3 cloth and 1 oil. If you have super duper on you can a lot and very easily. If you have hard bargain on and a decent charisma you can get 25 caps for each one. Plus i personally sell mutation serums at my vending machine for 250 caps each and they usually sell pretty well.
i whas wondering around today and some 400+ lvl dude just gave me some very cool stuff, cant use it because not lvl 50 yet, fallout has some awsome community people !.
When it comes to using the Vending machine at my camp, I have worked and tweaked out a reasonable and fair pricing scale for all manner of items. At first I just used the suggested value the game generated, but then over the course of the month since I joined 76, went with slightly lower prices. Now I just take the game’s suggested cap price, type it into an online discount calculator and then make the new price, which all weapons, armor, apparel is 50% off (no sales tax, lol). But I also have a fixed cap prices in aid and notes: recipes are 30 caps, plans are 60, Rad X, Radaway, Stimpaks are 10, diluted versions are 5, super versions of radx/radaway/stimpak are 20. Most chems are fixed at 10 caps, but I go 30 for X-cell and stealth boys. But I’m still fully working on adjusting my vendor prices via testing.
Love this, Mr.WestTek! I followed your advice to keep the weapons and haul them to a vendor. Swapped out my cards for Hard Bargain, high CHR and cleaned out one vendor. over 2,000 caps in just 1 hour! Thanks! Also - for new folks - Set up camp at Hemlock Holes, put in those 3 Acid Extractors and there's a gold and crystal pit there too! -Run back to the site everytime there's a creature attack, with just the machine gun turrets there you will clean up everytime! Set up your stations, scrap, rinse and repeat! -Also! The East Penitentiary has a TON of goodies, including the lead weight sets in the center field. While you are there, do the Warden quest. Watch out for the ghouls in the different cell block mazes and if you have Marsupial mutation, just get a sniper rifle and take out all of the pesky super mutants from a high spot. -I HIGHLY recommnd FO1st, even for casual players! Having an infinite Junk stash is just awesome, because those legendaries you get you will not want to part with right away and they add up fast in your regular stash. Hope this helps! And private server FTW, because everyone snags the lead weights!
For new players that have trouble cleaning out WesTek, you can kill all the people at Emmett Mountain Disposal Site and take their weapons and other junk. They dont fight back and you get quite a bit of stuff in one run. A little on the lame side but it works.
I like how you brought attention to the comment section because I’ve found a lot of helpful tips for Fallout and even other games by looking at the comments.
TiP for the next Eventweeks... I´ve set up a second camp the first time as Vendor location right by the 14 days Fastnacht event, within 8 days I had to start buying up 8 mutation serums from whitesprings bunker (sience wing) to get rid of the caps befor running in the 40K caps limit. I sold a mix Apperal, Weapons and Plans, only 4000 5mm Rounds and Fastnacht is still running and my caps count is at 30K now again.... I usualy camp beside the Morgantown Train Station, but never have been able to make so much damn caps in all my time playing like i do at with my campspot in Helvitia, nobody can miss my 3 storage eyecatcher right behind the river where the Radfrogs spawn in while marching with the Robis. Not much longer and I dont even know what to spend caps on! Try it out, at the next Eventweek location, wish ya the same luck!
Lately ive been crafting the cultist robes you learn from doing the mothman equinox. It only takes 1 oil and 3 cloth and they sell for 13-14 caps a piece and thats with hard bargain rank 2. Its been working great for me since i dont have a lot of carry weight and they weigh almost nothing. For oil i go to industrial areas and for cloth i go to campgrounds, houses and hotels.
Easy Early/Mid game method (almost completely harmless, can cap your vendor in 3-4 runs) Need 3 Card Meat looting Perk, and 3 Star Barter perk for more caps Start at wayward, Kill the 3 Cows or Brahmin (robot will get mad) travel to Flatwoods and kill the 3-4 by the river next to the church on the right (staring at entrance) go down the road past the cooking station, and turn right and kill the 3-4 roaming the big open pen area, Cook the meat and Sell it, can get anywhere from 200-330 (Max, Barter card first)
Keeping a stockpile of Purified Water, Glowing Blood, Gulper Slurries (from Moonshine Jamboree) Alcohol, and Throwable’s is a nice way to clear out vendors fast as soon as you log in.
I was dumping all that slurry then I realized ‘doh! These are worth caps, and a lot of caps!’ This event alone is all you need to clear out the vendors.
from radiation rumble collect all the glowing meat too, once you cook it you can sell it for loads, you can do the same with all of the gulper innards from moonshine jamboree but they sell for a bit less
I get my daily caps by first selling stuff like stimpacks and grenades that you automatically collect from daily stuff like events, daily ops and expeditions. Then I get the leftover caps from the vendor by selling crafted Marine Tactical Helmets (31 caps for 3 rubber, 1 glas, 1 plastic) or Treasure Hunter Hats (29 caps for 5 cloth, 1 oil). Test your Metal is very good as it gives you caps multiple times, also Manhunt is good as it is fast and gives you more caps than other small events, also joining any raidboss event gives good caps - for Earl remember to run back to the entrance as the room there that gets unlocked there after the fight also has caps. You can also hunt down hidden cap stashes, but I don't think that would be worth your time. Regarding vendor prices FED76 is sometimes a bit too high to be able to sell stuff. This is mostly because they never fully adapted to the inflation that was caused by the introduction of legendary crafting, but the prices are at least somewhat realistic. But never use the prices from Nukatrader - they are based on offers (not real trades) in the reddit trade community, most of them ridiculously overpriced. In most cases you will never sell anything in your vendor if you list items with Nukatrader prices.
When the game launched, it was only 200 caps per vendor per day. You had to visit all seven different vendors to get your caps. I'm glad they changed it to a shared pool.
I just realized this, but serums sell to vendors at 500 caps. So advice for easy caps, check player vendors since they typically sell serums at at 250-350 caps (mine’s set at 300). That means you can make a profit of 150-250 caps per serum by buying these from players and turning around and selling to robot vendors. And players are more than happy to sell these at a loss since they’ve likely going to max out vendors anyway. It’s a total win / win scenario.
Then again that might not be the best move to get caps. Sure you make more caps than you spend, but you max out vendors and can’t get your 1,400 daily. Maybe I should sell my serums at 100 so it’s worth it. They’re not selling otherwise. That being said, easy end game caps from vendors can come from serums, it just takes that 17,500 cap initial investment.
I think it’s good to buy serum from venders and resell to train stations. Its an easy profit. Sell 2 a day and sell other items for the 400 caps the vendor has left. I’ve done this for a long time. I have a full collection of serums and never bought the plans
Moonshine jamboree is amazing get use the perk card that gives you double animal meat when you kill them and you will have 2-3 gulper innards with every kill and you go to the cooking station at the train station and equip super duper and then craft gulper slurry and throw on hard bargain Perk card and you will walk away with a minimum of 600 caps for 1 event
The best tip I can give people for making sales in their personal vendor, don't be greedy. Set prices lower and things will sell faster. Especially bulk junk. Go around and see what vendors are selling bulk junk for and lower it in your vendor and it's guaranteed people will buy it. Acid, lead, copper, etc. Especially screws, I usually sell them at 4 apiece and out 500 in my sho pat a time and more often than not someone buys all of them at once. Or if you have an abundance of stimpaks, i put in 100 for 12 and they always sell. Get an idea of the junk that's used often and start selling it, and server hop often to help with more people seeing your vendor.
Craft purified water with the industrial purifier. You can accumulate over 200 in very little time with hard bargin I can wipe out a vendor in one sitting. All my camps are water farms.
Mr West Tek I got the Gulper Rug and Fireman’s Bell from people’s vendors who did not use Fed 76 to properly price them. Put them in vendor and boom in two minutes gone. Between those two I hit account cap limit lol. The Nuka items that do not come from the vending machine are great as well. I sold the cowboy hat plan on a second account for 7,000 caps. So literally use Fed 76 and price within the range it lists and a whale will come around and pick them up. Probably going to start a third account and sell the recipes from Invaders From Beyond. As that expansion is no longer available these items literally sell for nuclear amounts of caps. I mean I sold the Alien Beer Stein for 3,000 caps. So hope this helps. Before anyone asks snipped the Fireman’s Bell for 1000 caps and the Gulper Rug for 500 caps.
Caps have limited value in the game due to cap limit but also other limits on like legendary crafting (and that you can't trade many best armor types and some weapons). Fed76 is usually an overkill. Some go way to literal and price junk legendaries at thousand caps while other go with 350 caps for excess 3-star legendaries from Nuca Cola events ;) The best way is to look what price peopel use on average and know if something is close to a god roll or not. Only very good rolls will get high in price.
Mr. Westech have my camps set at train stations but ever since meat week ended, I haven't made a single sale and my stash is maxed. But my biggest issue with Fallout 76 is the lack of a team. I try every dam day. May get in a team only to have it fall apart within 5 minutes of me joining. I'm on the Xbox version of the game. If I start a new team no one stays if they do join. Trying your Berry mentats to try to make caps. I literally struggle every week to make enough caps to get my maximum gold from Smily. Another issue is getting ppl to play with, no one wants to do jack. Then to get enough ppl to do radiation rumble earlier, which after the event was over, I was so freaking pissed off, I turned game off for a few hours. I'm lvl 513 and so fed up with ppl not wanting to do anything. About to go insane, and kick anyone joining my group, because might as well since they join then leave 5- 10 minutes later anyway. Was selling flaming chainsaws and fixers but those don't sell anymore, now sell plans at 50 caps and magazines at 115 caps now can't sell those and my stash so maxed with all that crap that I can't get rid of. I'm so upset, that I'm considering deleting the game entirely.
Late reply, but have you made sure that your CAMP is visible? I'm a pretty new player at lvl 200-ish (PC), and recently found out that you actually have to manually toggle it to be visible to other players not on your team. Never had people visit my camp or look through my vendor, because they didn't know it was there. The moment I learned of this I logged in, toggled it, and I kid you not 10 people came in and bought a ton of the stuff in my vendor. About the teams....yeah, I feel you on this one. Some days people jump around the teams like rabid bunnies, and some days stick to a team for hours. I pretty much always join teams and will jump ship to another one if it falls down to 2 players, if there are alternatives. If people on my team don't do events, Ill try and jump to another one and emote to try and make them come over.
i have 8 industrial water purfifers and i collect them whenever i remember or can throughout the day and i save all my food i got from the day and that alone clears my vendors and its all pasive im not going out of my way
No one ever uses my vending machine and I have tons of ammo, plans, guns, armor and bulk junk... I don't think that I've ever made a sale tbh... Any tips on this?
I just wanna say I don't like cap stashes ... unless they are near a place I need to be I've only ever done one with someone I met online once and it was only fun for a bit....rather just kill and sell stuff if you do moonshine jamboree it helps a lot.
Another tip is to save up Nuka cola drinks (save the normal cola and quantum flavors for grenades, mines or ammo for thirst zapper) and then drink it all at once. You don't have to buy them at the vendor or at the dispenser but if you do, you can use barter to lower the prices and save them for a rainy day when you need an extra hundred+ caps for a purchase
I used to sell my Nuka Cola products since they basically just take up space. But I’m having fun using the Cola Nut perk and basically chugging Nukas all day long. My build right now is three endurance including a two star legendary so I’m thinking why not blow those points there and save up on the stimpacks.
So Mr West Tek, what would you say a 3 star Anti Armor Explosive Scoped Railway Rifle with 15% faster vats would be worth? As I just made it and Fed 76 broke when I tried to look it up and said “ Choo Choo rich mfa” I finally got it to work and it says 20k-40k
Can you make a scrip guide since it's double crip it would be very useful... I like the scrap guide in here I often just sell guns outright when I'm not paying for 1st for caps or even when I do since my builds barely need ammo they aren't the best tho since they're mostly all mules that farm on my mains
I'm new and do this a lot. I pick up all plastic to be able to bulk and all items with multiple scrap parts like lamps and desk fans. Still figuring out the game, but bulking has gotten me the majority of my caps for buying plans.
The best and easiest way I found to farm caps was to start a farm. This takes a little work to set up, but once it's set up you'll be raking in the caps. No, seriously. Pick a location and set up a secondary camp. A secondary camp is a must because crops take up a lot of camp budget and you'll quickly max out your main camp's budget. If you can find a location with a resource node, all the better. Then you can be extracting junk, lead, copper or whatever while your crops are growing. I forget which crop yields the highest payout, but a little experimenting will answer that question. Just bring one of each crop to a vendor and see which one gets the most caps. Then you start planting. Then you plant some more. Then go off and have some fun while you caps, err, crop grow. Once the drops mature, equip green thumb, pick everything then head over to the nearest vendor. Equip hard bargain and sell your crops to the vendor. More crops mean fewer trips to the vendor so you might want to use some of your harvest for replanting to increase your crop. If you have a Turbo-Fert fertilizer, all the better. No fuss, no muss. Just let your money grow for you. Purified water is also a good item to mass produce and sell. Once I got my farm set up I was cleaning out a the vendors in 2 to 4 trips, depending on how many weapons and chems I was able to scrounge between harvests.
Best way to make caps is sell legendary items for cheap so people can scrap it for scripts Edit: earn double the amount of daily scrip with the surplus event until Jan 23rd
I'm not the best fallout 76 player but i'm one of the best merchants. I once made 200.000 caps within 24 hours. I have 10 characters 8 of which are mules. My mules sell water 2 serums ( 1000 caps )and either marine helmets oŕ treadure ounter outfit i craft in mass. I would imvest in the ammo converter. Ppl buy a shitton of my fusion cells. I have an excess because i turn all my steel into railway ammo and feed those to the ammo converter. Feeds my agl too. Best way to make caps is flux farming. 1 flux is like 650 caps if you turn it into serums so 250 at your vendor is a fair price. I also sell ammo , all the junk all the serums for 400, and scrips at 5/20 caps/ scrip depending on weight and if it's actually a nice roll. I avoid selling stuff i really like. Uh and i also farm and sell rare plans
lol, you don't even have to sell guns to clear out the vendor, just pick up all the meds, grenades, mines and drinks/food you can find while doing all the daily quests and you will clear out the vendor every time
Man. I tried to post about Fed76 on the reddit and they shut me down. They said "We dont allow trading" I said it's not trading. Then they said " Well pricing leads to trading so we don't allow pricing". I was like fine, ok Reddit, lets just contribute to the bonkers 76 item market price gaps and incongruence because you dont want people trading online. Dumbest thing i've ever heard.
Been playing for about 2.5 weeks and loving the game, I love how much youtube content there is for helping us nooblets

I love the music you use, can’t help but dance lol even if I’m laying in bed lol
i have 8 industrial water purfifers and i collect them whenever i remember or can throughout the day and i save all my food i got from the day and that alone clears my vendors and its all pasive im not going out of my way
You can Also use the nuke that you made a video about it to get materials to craft pure violet flux
No one ever uses my vending machine and I have tons of ammo, plans, guns, armor and bulk junk...
I don't think that I've ever made a sale tbh... Any tips on this?
Yes I had that problem check on the map when you click on your camp make sure your camp is visible it's gotta be set manually I didn't know for months
Moonshine Jamboree is great. Take all that gulper slurry and other food and junk then sell them. You’ll get max vendor caps easy from one run.
So, are the vendors connected? Like can you go to all of them and get more caps that way or can you only do the one per day?
Feel like I crash too much from activating VATS too often in events specifically to do Events for Caps
The grind never stops
Bro guys just get the antique cooler it's just op for caps
I just wanna say I don't like cap stashes ... unless they are near a place I need to be I've only ever done one with someone I met online once and it was only fun for a bit....rather just kill and sell stuff if you do moonshine jamboree it helps a lot.
I collect gulper slurry from moonshine jamboree selling just a couple hundred can get over 400 caps
Freak show location caps on the tables with or in the green laundry baskets.
5200 subscribers to 90k in the last year 🎉 way to go !
what is the music you are using in the backround? sounds fncy :3
Had to like for not killing the sloth lol spread the word to #SaveTheSloth and don’t kill the peaceful creatures 😂
I use to hate killing the squirrels when I was a carnivore lol. Thankfully I'm a herbivore now :). Cheers buddy, thanks for commenting!
@@MrWestTek The ragdoll physics make it so hard not to kill possums for the bacon
I’m a level 54 account but a level 35 fixer. Is there anyway I can get a level 50 fixer ? Do I have to find a blueprint ?
Just pick up all the assault rifles when you run thru west Tek. Sell them. Takes 4 runs to get your 1400 caps.
I've noticed a lot of times that cap stash boxes aren't always there
They won't always be there unfortunately.
So Mr West Tek, what would you say a 3 star Anti Armor Explosive Scoped Railway Rifle with 15% faster vats would be worth? As I just made it and Fed 76 broke when I tried to look it up and said “ Choo Choo rich mfa”
I finally got it to work and it says 20k-40k
I'd say trade only, but whatever trade makes you happy. Just make sure you get what you want!
Can you make a scrip guide since it's double crip it would be very useful... I like the scrap guide in here I often just sell guns outright when I'm not paying for 1st for caps or even when I do since my builds barely need ammo they aren't the best tho since they're mostly all mules that farm on my mains
WesTek is my steel farm....Maybe I should be cashing in the weapons instead of scrapping them.....
get the trench runners hood plan and then just make those
Bulk unwanted scrap and sell to robot vendors
Another great way to get caps :). Thanks for commenting!
Thanks bro catch u online
Dude I saw someone who had EVERY SINGLE 3 STAR WEAPON at 40k+ in their vendors (None of them were god rolls or even GOOD rolls)
Best way to make caps is sell legendary items for cheap so people can scrap it for scripts
Edit: earn double the amount of daily scrip with the surplus event until Jan 23rd
I got 28 legendary items from eviction notice once
LOL that's a lot!
why the f they had to put a limiter on caps for 40k....
Could you build me a nice fixer ? All I have is crappy guns
No cap 🧢
You're either lying or on the wrong page. Market76 is what you want on reddit. It's FOR Fallout trading, no way they'd deter you.
@@SMDTURBO Well they did so...you got some extra strength copium there my guy.
👍
hehe lol i just steal others water and sell to get caps
4! 8! 9!
Caps are so easy to get.
this is completely pointless when quantums, presents... etc were duped by the millions. caps dont mean anything.
Don't be using the grenade glitch, it's just cringe mate.
Make throwing knives with extra steel. 4 pieces make a knife they sell for 1 cap. Everyone has extra steel scrap.
Fastest way 49.99 on any website you choose
I always overprice and I don’t give a single fi’nuck if I upset people.
Does anyone want to link up to play together?
