I love how she is always honest and doesn't hype every new fragrance. All other reviewers I've seen say Intense CB is the best thing ever, just like they do with every new release
yup, good point! i think most you tubers that are hyping it up got a free bottle from Mancera, which is why they praise it(i wrath ur back u scratch mines). Michella got a sample from Maxaroma which is a store that sells multiple brands so they don't care and are not attached to the review (hoping its a positive one) since they sells tons of other ones that will carry your fav fragrance in stock, as oppose to just having only mancera and if she didn't praise it enough it could affect their sales..
Awesome Review and I agree with you 100%. I like both of the versions and since I used up my bottle of regular Cedrat Boise, I will continue to wear the intense version for now but I may go back to original if it is still available when my intense bottle is gone. I wear both of these as my main office scent year around.
Loved your review Curly. I have tried samples of both of these. I found that the intense was so much stronger and much more long lasting. For me getting the regular Cedrat Boise would be redundant. The scents are so similar on my skin. They both go dark and I do not get more sweetness from the intense version. On my skin, it is like the original Cedrat Boise on steroids!
Another lovely and very honest review by Michella and I hope she just carries on. What is so great about this lady is she's down to earth and not false like some reviewers on here who just end up talking crap. Can't get enough of this lady and I would love a reply off her to cheer me up even more
Cedrat Boise is on my list for a while. Good to know that the intense doesn’t smell exactly the same. I will get the original cause it’s a classic and maybe the intense at some point too
I've sampled both and If i had to choose from the two, I'd buy intense version any day. Definitely more mature scent than the original. Longer lasting as well...
Just because a fragrance reviewer really likes a fragrance doesn’t mean the fragrance is overhyped. That fragrance reviewer honestly might really like the scent. Let’s keep in mind that liking a scent is purely subjective. One person might love a scent profile, while another person might hate that exact same scent profile. That’s why is always good to test a scent out for yourself if you’re interested regardless of what other’s say about the fragrance. Just my 2 scents (get it 😂)
This Girl really Honest when review all Fragnance. I like this Girl! Michele.. You sre really Pretty but baddest in the same time. Love it!!😘. It's compliment!
Thanks for your honest opinion Michella! You da bomb! Dutch cursing made me laugh! I was hoping you would translate the curse words for us. I'm kinda crazy I guess.
Thanks so much for this Michella! I have the original and love it , so i'm really interested in the new version. I'd be happy to have both ! Cheers Gregg.
Original Mancera Cedrat Boise all the way. The drydown after an hour or 2 is SOOOOO GOOD. The smoky/cig smell is toned down by then and you are left with a very fresh, sweet, pungence of man!
I been have both, they smell great both but i prefer the intense version on the dry down. The OG project a bit more while the intense version is more long lasting and let a nice scent trail behind.
*Just got Intense Cedrat Boise*. I've had the original for 1 year now, it's gone from something I wasn't crazy about to one of my most worn. On first impressions this is a true "intense" version! It's stronger and more powerful but with the same DNA! I absolutely love it, so happy to have it!
Love the comparison. I have both and feel they have enough DNA to be flanker but different enough to not be redundant. Who wants them to smeel the same - the problem with the new TF Noir extreme. Would love to see a video on how to layer different frags. eg Do you spray on top of the first one, next to on clean skin when using different frag. When using Mol 01 or 02 same - where to spray how to actually do it to get best results. You the layering queen
zo blij met deze review , ik dacht al dacht ik gek werd met al die youtubers die zeiden dat t hetzelfde was .. op de huid ruikt ie zo anders . De originele blijft top . Thanks Michella
Nee man duidelijk verschil. Maar ik denk ook dat sommige reviewers niet goed testen en altijd op de geurnoten afgaan. Als je gewoo je neus het werk laat doen kan je veel beter reviewen
hey Curly just got my nose on Intense Cedrat without having ever smelled the original . I was blown away. i think it maybe signature scent worthy. amazing . thanks for this great review .oooh also did the Montale Intense Cafe and that one is alot fresher than i ever thought it would be.was thinking before sampling that it would be too sweet or cloying. mo way ! i can pull it off and it smells great. thanks for recommending that one. Guys need to look at that one . its great! :)
I liked the Intense when I tried on skin in a boutique but I still have quite a lot of the normal one left, and the lady in the boutique insisted it was exactly the same only more concentrated. To be honest it felt like it got to the dry smoky/woody part quicker, which I like, because some days I'm not in the mood for the undiluted koolaid thing.
I’m wearing CBI right now. I can’t imagine this fragrance being too popular. It’s got some weird characteristics as outlined here. It’s disappearing, then ramping up to full bloom is a little unusual. For such a long lasting scent it doesn’t develop much on my skin. It just projects a thick, wet wood smell. It’s not for everyone.
Michella, This is coming to Australia in a week or so. I have mine ordered and can't wait to try it . The original is fantastic , and I will be happy to have both , considering the slight differences. I'll let you know what I think when it arrives. Cheers Gregg.
Nice and bery oractical review. Liked the future thing - Very practical. Yet would have liked under the ssme review what fo think about the original also.
Mancera Cedrat Boice, i must say it wasn’t my type of fragrances. It could definitely for somebody. On my skin type, it could be 3 types of fragrances Easy-freshness perfume, Medium-Oriental, and Large like Armani black code or Tom Ford leather 👍
Hello Curly! Man my poor wallet lol! I'll just wait till my bottle of Cedrat Boise is finished, and I'll give the intense one a try. Love your honesty and positive vibe you and michella of the future put out! Great video my flower keep it up!!! 🌹❤🌹❤🌹❤🌹❤🌹❤🌹❤🌹
I have tried both in decanted samples, and chose intense. I still rock my signature Terre D'Hermes EDT in the office most days, but the Cedrat Boise Intense gets a day or two each week over summer
Layton is too feminine for my liking. I have both on each of my arms right now and Cedrat is much more masculine and is sweet but also very woody and smoky. A better PDM alternative if you’re a guy is Haltane. That shit will have you smelling like Pablo Escobar
I unexpectedly met Jeremy Fragrance here in a store in Bonn a couple of days ago. I hope to meet Michella of the future some day :) Also Ms. Fresh of the future :)
Michelle, love your videos. Do you think you can make a spread sheet that list all the fragrance and where to buy them and leave it in the description? 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Never smell the OG, but I just got my Intense bottle recently. Fresh lemon in the opening but my nose can't pick any sweet note. I think It's strong jasmine and wood in the drydown.

I haven't tried the intense version but in regards to humidity and heat, I can confirm your thoughts. Heat/humidity destroy the performance of most fragrances. They often take off about 35-50 percent of the longevity. Projection and sillage loses about 1/3 of their potency as well. On days like that, I bring a decant with me if I'm going to be out awhile and want to refresh the scent.
I have just ordered one , blind buy I hope it’s good , love the original but the longevity was not that great as for most freshies , if this one lasts for 8+ hours I will be happy .
Ya, I’m sticking with the OG Cedrat Boise. It’s just a perfect scent and so versatile. Maybe consider the Intense when I run out of the OG but I prefer a versatile scent that I can wear all the time.
I sampled the intense version. It's good, but not worth having both versions in full 120 ml. Maybe 60ml of each. Or wait until your OG bottle is finished, then get the 120ml Intense version.
I blind bought this, I was going back and forth and I ended buying the intense because everyone was saying the original one was reformulated and doesn’t last long. Tried it and I don’t know if I like it tbh, love the scent but the animalic note I don’t like. Don’t know how I feel about it

Same thing with Tom Ford oud wood and Tom Ford oud wood intense. To me, it is not just an amped up version it is different in the base and has a different overall scent
I bought, blind, a bottle of the Intense version, and I have worn it a half dozen times over the past 3 weeks. I find it boring. It is weak, seems to get no projection. Maybe my nose just does not respond to the notes in this fragrance. Or could it be so strong that my nose quickly becomes overloaded and cannot sense the smell? . Yeah, it leaves an oily sheen on my skin and has a citrus note, but this seems to be it. I got a tester of Red Tobacco, and I love that. Why all they hype with this Intense Cedrat Boise? I don't sense it.
I have Montblanc Explorer and love it. I think it smells just like Creed Aventus. I can't really tell the difference much. Maybe my nose is discerning enough. I don't want a ton of fragrances especially redundant ones. Is either CB or CB Intense different enough from MBE to warrant purchasing?
I have Aventus, Explorer and Cedrat Boise. My favorite is the Mancera fragrance by far. It's just stronger, deeper and more natural-smelling. EDIT: It smells totally different, too, even if it's also got a fruity opening and woody drydown.
Hi curly! I'm thinking of buying elysium by Roja dove, but I see people complaining about performance. While I was searching, I saw Soir Extrait by Parfums Vintage, it does smell like elysium, have you tried? I know alexandra zion is considered for many as the best elysium clone, which one do you believe is the best?
First time i sprayed it on skin I wasn't a fan. But gave it another chance and it's actually pretty good. My guess the first 2-3min put me off. But smell great after the opening.
which 2 fragrance would you recommend for a an everyday year round fragrance for a 25+ year old colombian man. mancera cedrat boise , dolce and gabana light blue intense , blue de channel , or Invictus original (2016) or invictus platinum? I watched so many of ur videos love what u do but i can’t decide between these please give me ur best recommendations , thank you.
The Intense is not intense off my skin and it doesn't last long like the original. Maybe I go nose blind, but every time I wear it I get the same results.
I literally received my full bottle of Intense today! I had some 2ml samples of the OG and Intense and decided on the Intense. Both were great though, the Intense seemed a little smoother, the OG is a little fresher but I do think it’s redundant to own both. Obviously haven’t spent a ton of time with them though.
Will wait for it to hit discount n cop it next summer alot of these fragrance they make after the original and claim to be intense ain't intense at all.

Excelente reseña, me encantó Michela del futuro 🔮.
Never smell the OG, but I just got my Intense bottle recently. Fresh lemon in the opening but my nose can't pick any sweet note.
I think It's strong jasmine and wood in the drydown.
Intense is way better sweeter and deeper...Long live Cambodia
It sounds nice, but I’m sticking to the OG. My guess is now that this bottle has come out that Mancera probably watered down the OG.
Would you ever think about doing a deeper dive into Mancera as a brand? Review the lesser known scents like Wind Wood, Hindu Kush or Instant Crush? One of your great street battles with Mancera fragrances would be interesting?
asked her many times, donated many coffees also. Still waiting😃😃
First of all - me love Curly ! Love the personality and the charisma.
To the point - I´ve spend 155€ for this "extract de perfume" for what I thought would be a long lasting intense fruity perfume...and it's not. The smell is just amazing but the longevity is zero after the fourth hour. Maybe the humidity in Tarragona or the high temperatures are killing the fragrance....idk..It's strange for me.
I haven't tried the intense version but in regards to humidity and heat, I can confirm your thoughts. Heat/humidity destroy the performance of most fragrances.
