I tend to have fun on classes ive played longest and know the best, or specs that are a little more simple. The less i have to focus on rotation, the better i do. That being said play what you love and have fun. Rogue is my #1 for pvp but i love every class and especially when it gets a tasty rework and feels good. Looking foward to WW monk, Shammy, MM, Ret. Gonna be a great time
same here. as a 37yrs old player I prefer a spec focusing less on rotation and maintain buff/debuff, so I could put more attention on the mechanic play.
As an Aug/Pres main I can tell you that - Aug is not fun to play when it comes to rotation and gameplay, but personally it is fun as hell to be empowering your freinds and help as a support spec in keys. Instead of people hating on Aug so much all the time and asking to delete it, Blizz should balance by adding more support specs like Bards or even change the ideas behind existing specs to be a support role spec instead. But that's me :)
Yeah... Blizz definitely isn't gonna do that. They're either gonna leave Aug as giga mandatory and piss everybody off, or nerf the spec into the ground. There's zero chance they're gonna devote an enormous amount of dev time designing new specs.

And cobra shots was put into oblivion in the BM tree ... would be cool for a rework, like casting ten cobra shots summon a giant ass cobra that would squeeze and constrictor ennemies
spriest has a weird issue rn where you have to hold mind blast and not spend it on CD as you go into your burst windows, otherwise you have no charges of it. if going into your form gave you a charge of mind blast, spriest would be bing chilling.
I’ve been a Druid/paladin for years but frost mage feels SO good and fun right now. It may not be “top” but it’s comparable. I’m falling in love with it.
I like Augmentation Evoker as a spec and what role it brings to the party and its kinda fun. What I really don't like is that because Augmentation exists it will always overshadow Devastation Evoker. How good and fun Devastation can be it will not be brought to a m+ dungeon over a Augmentation evoker.
support spec meta is really nice in M+, adding support was a great idea. But yep not with only one spec in the game, we need more supports. Maybe a pal spec ? a sham spec ? druid ? warrior why not ? But yeah either you commit to the idea of support or you do'nt add it in the first place

Okay hear me out about the shadow priest. Voidweaver is cool. But Archon is let down. They should have made it so you are like a giant ball of energy holy or void depending on your spec and if you are a healer you would get a healing apparitions that would travel to your targets and heal them. And for shadow priest you would get like a void blast channel aoe laser + your apparitions would explode for some damage and refresh your dots. Bam, fixed, let's go"

The thing with BM Hunter is, it has to be a simple class. In my opinion you need atleast one class that everyone can play and that is Hunter. You're a range class but with the aspect of a melee, because you can do 99% of your spells while moving. Hunter and especially BM Hunter is the first class I suggest to newer players. The rotation is super simple and you don't have to think much about it. Like I said, you need this simple class design on hunter so everyone can play it. And if you play Hunter as a good player on a higher level, you'll outshine a lot of classes because of his simplicity. I play high keys and done mythic raiding in DF and I made a hunter to 70, because some friends where twinking and I joined them. At 70 I was shocked with how little effort this fresh level 70 hunter did more damage then my much better geared twinks.
warbands my guy, don't think "what should I play ?" but "what should I play first? :P (Pal is always a safe bet if you want to be flexible between specs, Rsham is hard in m+ imho :O)
When they leaked a new evoker spec i was 100% sure it would be tank... and would make sense? Mail wearing dragon should be able to tank with some scales and wings as protection

First of all, I like your content and information on certain spec reworks/hero talents. However I feel like you keep saying that it is mostly not about the numbers and with the melee tier list you said it was "a small factor" and you haven't put it as a criteria, yet you keep mentioning the numbers as if it is a big factor for the given placement. Also I am a shaman main myself but I get the feeling that this list is pretty biased towards shaman, and that they would be put on top no matter the outcome, or how the rework went. You placed enhance on top and elemental in the second spot, and I might get the feeling that restoration shaman will be on top aswell. :D
@@Shinesprite I certainly do enjoy Shaman, but my placement is pretty honest here... The Stormbringer tree has been something I've been waiting for for years. The Tempest procs + Lightning Rod look and sound amazing. The Shaman class tree got reworked and is more functional now than ever before. And yes, damage is a factor. It always is. If a spec does 0 damage, then it will be much less fun to play. It's just not something I want to emphasize as much in this video. :)

Aff-all the issues you mentioned you don't have to take those talents. Soul Shards aren't a issue. Limited knowledge of how to play aff you will be swimming in SSs. Right now its just buggy and the nerfs didn't change much. If its not buggy and the interaction is working as intended then i agree in aoe itll be less than desirable. Demo- is really fun. not without flaws but its really fun. far as dmg AFF and DEMO are the 2 Dest is right behind but all 3 are very close now with the nerfs to wither. BM-Hunter needs to be deleted and needs mother Teresa, while getting a loan from Jesus.
@@madve7426 The gain settings on my mic have to be turned way down because I'm in a very public room. That means I have to speak louder for the mic to pick it up. When I get a better room to film in, that will change

BM hasn't changed... It plays the same way that it has for years now. There's been almost no iteration at all with the spec. Recently Dire Beast started to be taken mostly because of a tier set bonus, but beyond that the playstyle is exactly the same. Keep up Barbed Shot stacks. also, I'm not on drugs, lol what are you on about?

In the War Within, Barrage is being added to the Spec tree, but from my testing and every BM Hunter I've spoken to, it will not be taken. Besides that, there is no new aoe abilities being added. Call of the Wild makes can make all of your pets do beast cleave, just like your regular pets do. It's still just Beast cleave and Kill cleave. That's it for BM Hunter. Nothing has changed rotationally in a big way. You deal aoe damage by pressing Multishot and having your pets stomp and cleave. You keep Barbed Shot stacks up. That's been BM Hunter for a long time now and it's going to be the same in the War Within.

I play pres evoker as well and just hate aug. It's just makes no sense having one class have a solo role

Yeah blizz are leaving some of the tuning a bit late imo, especially dungeon tuning

For balance druid. The damage might be good but the rework was terrible still has lots of issues.

Dude boomkin is literally the easiest caster to play , 2 dots up, get into eclipse, press ur 1 cd and spam 1 filler, its completely braindead
