In the pub last night the conversation turned to the town of Totnes being full of anti jab conspiracy theorists. I told them excess dea*** in Scotland were greater than at any time during the pandemic, and that I personally spent two days in bed and had an irregular heart beat for a year. A woman said to me "so what?" She obviously considers such collateral damage acceptable. At home later we had a terrible row when my wife said no one wants to talk about it. I told her, all it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. I will continue to speak out, hoping it doesn't result in divorce.

I think most of them are too dumb to even understand what's going on, probably true even for the politicians. And for those who took it the problems will just go on and on for most cases. Thankfully, some fasting can help to cycle this out of the body faster, and repair the immune system (which is what does this job). And it will also quickly reduce inflammation which is very helpful for not only heart issues but also autoimmune issues and much more. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting.
      Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting.
Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.

As a healthy, fit, medicine-cautious now 67-year-old woman who got "fully vaccinated" in late spring 2021 (after waiting to see how it seemed not to have hurt most of the vaccinated people I knew), I quickly grew disillusioned by the lack of effectiveness in stopping the spread, did further research on the highly experimental, rushed-out medicine, and was beginning to see reports of injuries. At the same time (summer and fall 2021) the messaging ramped up against the unvaccinated, with new mandates, and I was shocked and dismayed at what good friends said about the unvaccinated. By about November 2021, I knew I didn't want to get boosted, now that they were saying it only lasted six months. I found that it was not okay to bring up my concerns because now there seemed to be a religious fervor both for the medicine and for the anti-social behavior. I grew silent. I am a white Californian, and by the time I announced to my 35 year women's group that I was unboosted in February 2022, the backlash was ostracizing and judgmental. I had a panic attack that night, first of my life. Terrible discrimination! Terrible social behavior! Forcing and judging people to take medicine! As you can see, I am still not over it. Thank you John Campbell for putting out your courageous messages of truth and sanity!

My very healthy unvaxxed mother (in her late 70's) got banned from her pilates group and was ostracised by the ladies she used to have coffee with. Sensibly she's never had flu, shingles, pneumonia jabs either. She still sprints down railway platforms to catch trains. Very healthy and fit but then she's never smoked, been overweight or eats junk food.

I was a senior NHS Consultant. Back in 2009 i had to undergo an operation for cancer. The surgery has two major life threatening complications within 24 hrs, which are covered in the most basic nursing and medical student texts. Despite this, i was sent home within 18 hrs of surgery because of a ‘bed crisis’- despite 2 biochem tests showing i had one of the life ending complications AND complaining of the symptoms. I was told the tests were normal, when in fact they were highly abnormal. I successfully sued the NHS for gross medical negligence. But the lesson here is that Doctors will bareface lie to you if they have been given orders from above. Ever since i have no trust whatsoever in my former profession. And, btw, not a single Dr responsible for what happened to me was sanctioned or reprimanded. The taxpayer ( via the NHS ) picked up the cost of the litigation. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND STICK TO IT.

I did deep research into finding out as much information as i possibly could in order to make an informed decision. One time I thought that "maybe" i could take just one dose. I immediately felt a inward recoil like my gut instinct screamed "No!". I decided to continue to do more research and decided it would not be in my best interest to participate and take the jab. I am VERY glad I didn't, because what I see happening now is what the information I had seen earlier had been warning about. There still needs to be more ongoing research done without censorship and bias.

So far this summer I know of 2 young men who have died in their sleep while on holiday. Both healthy and fit previously. One had a heart attack and the other was cremated in Spain with no postmortem and his poor parents had to go and collect his ashes. Something isn’t right and I am so shocked how people in general are not questioning this. Young men don’t die at this rate for no reason.

A specialist once said, when children will die in mass, people will wake up. With children he meant minors of all ages. But even then, it's too late. In Europe all those people who are investigating, ALL are medical schooled and have a high degree, they have disturbing proof of all this. And yet non of them are invited to talk about their findings on TV. They are kept away from normal media, so the people who ONLY watch TV will only hear ONE version - the OFFICIAL version. That's how theygot so brainwashed and doing nothing.

I'm Korean living in Korea and amazed I only get to see this data from your channel. Many Koreans are still suffering from vaccine side effects but no mass media reports this. I believe it's because the government is afraid to compensate people who lost their family or are struggling. Also scared of upsetting most of population who got vaccinated in Korea. Thanks to you doctor, I didn't get vaccinated and everything you have told us turned out to be true. I hope there are subtitles in many languages so that media can't help but telling us the truth. ps. I kind of doubt that you will be counted as vaccine side effects if you have symptoms a year after though, because they are trying too hard to minimize facts. Anyways, this is my first time writing a comment here... so thank you so much for your endless effort and I will always be rooting for you from far way. Wish you the best!!

The whole thing just amazes me, even with all the other medical malfeasance out there. Thankfully, some fasting can clear this out of the system much more quickly by stimulating phagocytosis, the process the body uses to remove foreign material and plaque from the body. It also repairs the immune system, which will keep you from getting many of the worst side effects. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting.
      Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
      Fasting increases nitric oxide release.
Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.

You guys may be more suspicious of your goverments in the US. Most people here in germany aren't political at all. But they trusted in the medical system. They trusted their peers that said the vaccine is fine. They trusted their doctors they had for 20 years which is only reasonable !. And so on. Many people do not even watch youtube. Older people may only read the newspaper they read for 50 years. So where do they get trustworthy info from and what exactly is trustworthy and who says so ? How much time do i have in a day to even understand this ? It is a multilayered problem and you should just forgive others and feel for them instead of being angry because they did not trust you instead of the medical system.

Most people who are suffering with any kind of side effects seem to think they were just unlucky and have accepted and living with the fact.
I'm part of an online community for autoimmune disease and here many people believe they have gotten the disease through the vaccine. I've checked the online community for heart disease and it seems like many people are still suffering from the side effects. (There were quite a few people who concluded they had panic disorder since the test results didn't show any problem.)

Korean nurses are not required to aspirate and generally administer vaccines into the middle of deltoid avoiding large blood vessels or nerves. I've had 3 vaccines here and only the first hurt like a mofo. The next two were very smooth as their injection technique improved (I also went to a children's hospital because of my son and because I'm a big baby too)
There was a study here suggesting not aspirating is one of the reasons for potential side effects but nurses are also a lot more careful in general now after the accidental blood clot in a patient made everyone freak out and most of them had to do extra training.

That is very scary! And worse, this stuff can stick around indefinitely and keep causing problems forever. Thankfully, some fasting can help clear it out of the body more quickly. It also repairs the immune system, which it damages, and this prevents many of the worst side effects.
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting.
Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.

Please take the time to read my true story that I witnessed last summer during the pandemic. I was driving down one of the busy streets in vancouver canada. I came to a red light and looked down the street and noticed a man in his 70s face down in the grass with people around him. Less than a block away a 40 year old mother face down on the grass with her 5 year old son by her side crying. Is mommy going to be ok. The very next block there was a young man in his 30s face down in the grass outside his house with the fire fighters beside him. I overheard them saying there are 3 people within 1 block with cardiac arrest which one do we attend to first. This makes the 7th one today. Now there was no news that evening about what I witnessed 3 hours before. I have been excluded from family events bcuz I wasn't vaccinated. Many of the people I know who did get vaccinated are more sick than ever.

Fasting can help a great deal with myocarditis and inflammation. It creates new mitochondria throughout the whole body. It also can cycle out any foreign materials more quickly, and repairs the immune system, which stops many of the side effects from cropping up and also speeds up its clearance. Taurine is used in Japan for myocarditis and also has a great deal of science behind it!

@@wwkk4964 Poverty can lead to one-sided and cheap nutrition habits resulting in obesity. Think you need to eat good foods in moderate amounts. This is the consumption side of the story. But suply needs to be good quality as well. Fasting is thought to be good in a situation where your metabolism gets over saturated. So I think that eating less in amount and frequency will benefit health. Skipping meals (which is fasting) is sometimes a good thing and is compatible with a low income situation. Growing up in poverty usually means that there is a lack of good food, income and education. Fasting is not compatible with poverty defined this way. So there are many angles to your question.

You should also advise them to fast, which can cycle this stuff out much more quickly. It also repairs the damage to the immune system, which leaves you open for many of the worst side effects. And on top of all that it can help heal some of the damage, especially neurological damage!
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' like spikes that are not supposed to be there. Whether natural or unnatural in origin..
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting.
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention!
Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth.
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.

Anyone with his situation should consider fasting, which I did suggest to him. When you fast, it stimulates the clearance of foreign matter from the body, otherwise it can stay in forever and keep making new side effects. It also creates new mitochondria, which are often destroyed. It will repair the immune system as well, which is vital for avoiding the onset of new autoimmune conditions that some people are experiencing, and to avoid and fight cancer. I live in the United States. I had left ventricular hypertrophy prior to the pandemic, so after having numerous reactions to the three Pfizer vaccinations, I certainly won't be taking the mRNA influenza vax nor any additional COVID vaccinations. Of course due to being over 65 years old, I'm being advised to have the 4th vaccination, a booster and a mRNA influenza shot this fall. My internal specialists told me to have both TDAP and pneumonia injections back in the winter. I can't believe we're being told to get more of these injections as Congress is begging for release of information from the CDC. Unfortunately, some of us are having a difficult time trusting our politicians lately.

People with existing medical conditions should have in-depth discussions of risk benefit with their treating physicians, regardless of existing recommendations. Part of that should also be, risk analysis of not taking it; now that one could be exposed to the any variant of the pathogen any time, anywhere...

Thalidomide was from a German company, although it was distributed by Astra. It was made under license by Distillers in the U.K.
The science museum has a good explanation of what happened on its website. The FDA refused to authorise its use in America.

And that took what, ten years? In college I had one classmate born with no arms, one with a mangled hand growing out of his shoulder (two years younger than the first) and a friend who was nine years older than him. She had a normal sized head, but her torso was only about a foot long, and her arms and legs were about four inches long. Horribly mangled mouth, too. To say that her life was a bit of a struggle is an understatement.

I've known many people who tried desperately to get their doctor to report their side effects but the doctors refused, some of these people are sadly no longer with us. It breaks my heart to see what has happened and the denial/silence of the medical professionals is deafening.

I have a relative who had cardiac issues post jab. After a year to-ing and fro-ing between GP and cardiologist with denials from both, they fobbed him off to a lung specialist. The lung specialist confirmed it wasn't lungs, took bloods, and said it was cytokine storming, a cardio condition caused by the mRNA jab.
He's now on meds for life.
needless to say both GP and cardio got a bollocking for their willful negligence.

It's the same with covid itself. The data is false. In many places -hospitals, surgeries- in Poland you weren't admitted if you were NOT a covid patient! So ppl , even the staff, would fill in as a 'covid paient' ppl without covid. Just to get the treatment! My cousin had an accident, he cut his hand, was bleeding heavily, wouldn't get to the doctor! Just when the nurse put him down as a "covid patient" he was looked after!

I admire your ability to speak so clearly in between the lines and get your message across but I also admire the fact that you are willing to look back and acknowledge you may have made a mistake. There is clearly protection running for certain groups but I think the biggest protection is just the majority of people not willing to admit they got fooled.

You're a legend John. We appreciate you so much, thanks for going right up to the line you aren't "allowed" to cross on this platform and sometimes saying, without saying, the truth, that we are all ethically entitled to know! They can make and impose all the false, unethical rules they want, it doesn't make them right. We are obliged to stand for RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH no matter what the 'ministry of truth' invents as rules to impose on us, as if we are slaves, owned by them.
Our RIGHT to know, share, speak & debate these issues, and see the data still exists in REALITY is always the highest truth, let's never let them take it away from us!! (ie reality which is being severely poisoned by liars, but underneath all that, RIGHT, TRUTH AND REALITY still exist. Let's not ever let them erase our mind & conscience!)
