Thank you for the information! I occasionally pick up jewelry, need to learn more about it. The India collection with the red & greens will have me looking twice at the “Christmas” jewelry section. I could see one of those pieces being thrown in that section.
Thank you! That was good info. The jewelry patent site is a huge help. I found a bucket list jewelry item recently and I need a solid appraisal to confirm if it's authentic. I came across a squash blossom silver and turquoise necklace. Honestly, even if it's a reproduction, I still love it. I'll still be wearing it when I'm too old to sell vintage.
Not a mark on it. I searched and so did friend but we couldn’t find anything. I’ll have to search out the groups and do some snooping myself 🤓 it is most likely costume 1970’s but not cheaply made. Finding that made me feel like I was getting closer to the genuine article. Lol
I love your bucket list. Pools of light are definitely on my bucket list too. I also think I’ve probably passed over some great pieces of unsigned jewelry as I continue to learn about jewelry. Thanks for contributing to my knowledge base.
Great information! I don't sell much jewelry because there is little to find in my area. I did find a crown trifari brooch at a yard sale that sold in minutes for over $100!
You are a wealth of information! I would love to find Miriam Haskell jewelry at an estate sale or yard sale. Also, thank you for sharing web sites for research.
Pools of light & Schreiner are definitely on my bucket list. I recently sold a Lunch at the Ritz sunshine wearing sunglasses brooch. I have a Coro Jelly Belly fish in my stash. It is the kind that have the rhinestones embedded in them. A few of the rhinestones are missing and I keep thinking I will repair it one day. The older women in my jewelry group argue that jelly bellies are only clear, never colors. 🤓
As always, a great video! The airplane window use is fascinating. Also, all the clovers probably came off of one charm bracelet that they took apart and are reselling as individual charms. I wonder if I found a nice vintage piece of jewelry if I could sell it....or would I just want to keep it for myself - LOL!
I knew some of these but not all, and I have a barrette listed that I was able to revise the description on when I recognized the reverse carved part I hadn’t realized! Totally justified the high price I out on it.
I have TONS of VINTAGE COSTUME JEWELRY! I have been collecting for YEARS! I’m going to be going thru hoping I can help u check something’s off your bucket list!
Yay! You helped me to identify my resin bracelet, I recognized the signature squiggle as soon as I saw it!
Oh that’s exciting!

Ooh nice find! There is a Native American jewelry group on FB that I snoop in. 😂 Any marks?

@@Jackie7665 the closest I got was a version by Goldette I think it was - squash blossom necklace and earrings and sold for $100 though!

That’s so great! Yeah only a couple thrifts here still carry it- and people tend to fight over it at estate sales lol

Oh that could be with the charms. I’m just so used to Temu and places like that with their fake vintage
