For the people who are confused on why henry shot himself it is because henry saw that batman was infected and henry thought that batman would be a better joker
An incredibly well-written scene. Batman's fist clenching and his eyes turning green with a gaze of death, then Henry's realization of it, is a small example of what makes this game so extraordinary.
Fun fact; Henry Adams is voiced by Garrick Hagon AKA Bigs in A New Hope. The guy was roughly 75 when this game came out. Given who voices the Joker, that’s some more rather clever foreshadowing.
That's amazing that Biggs is still alive (or at least was when the game was made) but yeah that's some irony right there. A kind of twisted reunion between Luke and Biggs.
Do you know how insane batman has to already be? For him to have Joker's blood and scarecrow gas in him and still appear normal. This game just proves how mentally gone batman always was and i love it 😆 😂 😅
@WeySovietico6942being insane doesn’t have to mean like a schizophrenic raving lunatic with severe delusions no, any behaviour that would be considered extreme compared to the average persons on a consistent basis is insane. batmans ideology and his intense unwaivering commitment to never kill and to always be prepared stems from the trauma of his parents death and his feelings of loss and he vowed to never kill or allow anyone to be killed under his watch lets also not forget that hes a billionaire playboy who in his spare time dresses uo as a bat to not kill criminals but to beat them into submission and he does while facing the horrific and traumatic situation his villians put him in expecially joker. TLDR: batman is insane and its why joker is obsessed with him because they are two sides of the same coin
Ngl I love Henry and is a fascinating joker. He shown a brutal side, killing the other infected without mercy. Showing he can easily outwit Batman, having him believe he was immune the entire time. And how easily he commanded Harley, notice how the other infected don’t acknowledge her but Henry with a single snap had her in line. Besides Batman, I feel Henry been the closest to the Joker
He acknowledges him on the Stagg Enterprise Blimp, after the Fear Gas wears off and Joker calls him “a Work In Progress” Batman briefly sends him a fuck you glare.
Tim being humble enough to understand theres no way his ass could stop Bruce if Joker takes over is really funny to me taking into account the other Robin's just stellar track record of humility while still being a Robin.
Yes, while the idea of Batman becoming the Joker wasn’t new (that idea has been around since the 90s) it only really started gaining traction following this game.
Wait a second, the joker image on the batcomputer...it looks like the one from suicdie squad.....well...i refuse to call that one the joker...but still...interesting

And superrior
As he said earlier, he was 'purifying the gene pool.'
Like Henry said, "Now thats unexpected. You're gonna be spectacular"

If I had a nickel for every time a Star Wars actor played The Joker, I’d have three nickels. Cameron Monaghan, Mark Hamill, and now this guy
@zach415 4
You're forgetting that Gotham had 2 jokers, albeit played by the same actor but eh

And somehow mentally Balanced at the same time
I think it just shows how strong his mental is
He is batshit crazy for sure

That’s one of the reasons he doesn’t kill. He’s one away from becoming what he defends Gotham from.
The way he wiped the blood from his mouth to shape a smile is such a beautiful touch ❤

bro hit the griddy whilst commiting murder
😂😂
Kevin you were my Batman and Mark my Joker. We loved you.
Who knew Henry was Joker
I really loved how they shared jokers thoughts and Henry heard him because they all have his blood
This is nutz now I have to play the game
1:57 Damn that shot of Henry is haunting.Hell,if joker didn't infect batman in Arkham city,Henry would honestly be the new joker.
1:47 crazy
It would be cool if jokers ghost entered Henry's body and was the villain for the rest of the game
I honestly think that henry saw and heard joker for that instance. It was the realization that he wasnt the one that had him kill himself.
@@KOH87 Batman’s eyes turned green that’s why it looked like that that
@@elqueso1664 yea you right
I keep telling people this, but Joker in this game isn't a ghost. He's a figment of Batman's imagination, but very explicitly not a ghost.
He’s not a ghost hahahahaha

Only reason i am watching this is because my internet sucks ass and the cutscenes didn't play properly and I wanted to see what happened
dam henry was racist and even joker thought he was above that

How is Batman the last joker
He got infected in Arkham city.
@@Alliz2005 so that’s what joker ment by teeny little bit of me in inside of you
I like how Joker tells you to kill him after Henry fails the punchline. He expected a last joke or a laugh and he was disappointed

In the stagg airships Batman looked at joker
I think it's cuz that's also one of the rare times Joker appears in a cutscene where you don't have control of Batman.
Tim being humble enough to understand theres no way his ass could stop Bruce if Joker takes over is really funny to me taking into account the other Robin's just stellar track record of humility while still being a Robin.
I felt sad for when Henry killed himself
For me personally; this scene sent a genuine chill down my spine during my playthrough.
Before "Batman who laughs" btw
This definitely inspired the Batman who laughs.
That's pretty messed up
Is this where the concept for the BWL began?
Yes, while the idea of Batman becoming the Joker wasn’t new (that idea has been around since the 90s) it only really started gaining traction following this game.
Finally, Batman and Robin face an enemy they can't defeat. A feeble old man three feet away
Can someone explain me how n why was Henry was joker this whole time?
Henry inherited jokers intelligence making him able to hide his true nature.
@@staffemcfirenice0979 Henry was intelligent, he inherited his mania
Henry inherited Joker’s intelligence and had been faking his lack of infection all along.
