Okay just what i think - General franky is wano level already , he didnt have to modify it or really go all out against anyone until sakazi . They even say that wapometal is indestructable so gotta put it much higher. Kinemon - holding back the entire time , his actual power level should be shown - at least 1/9 of a kaido , he should be at least 1 billion , since he has ryou I dont think vergo could have dented the general franky , the spin guy did that because of his devil fruit - spinned so fast that it penetrated franky shield with no haki ! Also i dont think vergo could have beaten zoro , zoro even uses conquerors against monet without even knowing it , and how is law around luffys level but vergo is so low? Vergo kicked smoker and laws ass, haki alone. But still vergo is no where near doflamingo , this beating by vergo helped law alot
