I think you should not be too concerned about getting a lot of good characters except the ex's because majority of the characters get banners from time to time but an ex gets them a lot less. Better focus on saving diamonds for a good ex and farm medals n traits for the future

you need lvl 80+ don't take lower level characters then that and add good medals
