I personally had one up until a while ago, it was bought brand new by my grandfather 27 years ago, and it was used almost daily ever since, and it only recently stoped working, and it was a nice one too, he paid like 500 bucks for it new. Shit was made to last back then, my cousin bought a new tv like 4 years ago, and now it doesn't wor, and she paid like 800 buck for it too
